Despite overcast and rainy weather, our guide, Dan, made the best of our Banff Highlights and Wildlife tour. Ironically we saw most of our wildlife in the green parks and areas of the town! We also visited beautiful local viewpoints and historical areas. The gondola concluded our tour and despite the complete lack of view due to weather, Dan and our small group thoroughly enjoyed a warm beverage and great chat whilst in the bistro at the top of the gondola. We all left very happy and pleased to have had the time to connect in that way

Sunset at the lakes

Had a good time going up to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with our guide and driver Gini. The lakes were beautiful, although the cloud cover probably was a little bit of a hindrance to the color. Not exactly sure that sunset is the best time to see the lakes. We were able to see a grizzly bear and cubs on the way up, and a black bear on the way back. Overall though had a really nice time and thanks again to Gini for her friendly conversation and knowledge of the area.

Icefields Parkway from Banff returning to Lake Louise

We were picked up right on time by NOLAN at the Mount Royal Hotel. We had made advance arrangements to bring our luggage with and to be dropped off at the Post Hotel In Lake Louise on the way back. We were a group of 7 and very comfortable in the 12 passenger van. Nolan took us to various stops along the Icefields Parkway all the way to the Glacier visitors center. Some of our fellow adventurers took an hour for a brief hike while we stayed behind and had some lunch. Nolan made sure that we were will cared for and did his best to balance the tour to my mobility problems. Every part of the tour was well thought out and we had a delightful time The only surprise was that when we brought out lunch into the cafeteria at the glacier center, we were promptly asked to leave.

Simply amazing! There are really no words to totally describe the full beauty of this place. It was incredible!

Simply amazing! Beauty that words cannot describe. Moraine and Emerald Lake were turquoise green/blue. Lots of easy to skillful hiking trails to choose from.

Excellent tour and tour guide

We had the absolute best time on our Radventures Yoho National Parks tour. All of the stops were breathtaking and the lunch provided was scrumptious and fresh. Our guide, Ollie, made the day even better. His warm, relaxed style was matched by his knowledge of the area and his good conversation. We have three tours booked with this company and we cannot wait for the other two tours to unfold. This Aussie couple recommends them highly!

Thak god Tyler the tour guide was brilliant.

The reality of these tours is all about the weather. The day we did this was without doubt the worse weather of our three week holiday. Therefore, it was a dissapointment. we saw ZERO wildlife and most sights were hard to see through the poor weather and low cloud coverage. This is no-one faults jusy a reality. Therefore my review is about Tyler the actual guide and not the tour. He was excellent with regards to information and education. Not a lot he could have done to make a disappointing tour better but he stayed positive and kept us entertained. If the weather was good this would have been perfect, hey ho such is life.

Our tour guide Charlie was so energetic and friendly. He did such a wonderful job taking us around the city to see all the beautiful sites in Banff! He offered many opportunities for pictures and answered all of our questions and even provided fun facts to keep us informed. I would highly recommend Charlie for a tour guide!

We an incredible experience with Radventures and this specific tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! They were responsive with questions leading up to the trip as well. We booked the private shuttle to avoid the crowds and public, but to our surprise we ended up having the whole tour to ourselves! Because they had to move our time-slot once, they decided to go ahead with the tour even when they didn’t have the bus filled. We had the absolute best tour guide Amelia! She had tons of knowledge of the lakes and even showed us to some hidden gems along the way. I definitely recommend this tour! Worth the money. Much appreciated for them continuing with the tour and not cancelling on us.

Charlie was the best guide ever! Very knowledgeable about the history of the area, and he answered every question, keeping in mind his audience, aged 10 to 70. Saw a large elk herd, mule deer, and sheep. Couldn’t be more impressed with the lookout spots - great for pics. Highly recommend Radventures and the dusk Wildlife tour 6:30 to 9:30 pm.
