Gini was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! What a great way to experience nature - wildlife sightings, nature history of the region, and great tips on safety, both for us and for the animals. A coyote exploring a scent on the golf course and then jumping after its prey. Magpies "cleaning" insects off deer, long horn sheep with babies, and too many more to count....incredible!

We did the sunrise tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with Liam as our tour guide. Liam was great, super knowledgeable and full of fun facts, really had a great time! We were in our first Bear jam and saw 2 black bears and one grizzly, ”The Queen”, really awesome experience, highly recommend!

Liam was a great host. He was very informative and deserves a raise for the great service he provided our family. Highly recommend. You won’t believe this but we saw 3 BEARS in 10 minutes, saw a coyote as soon as we got on the bus, and had some great coffee with hot chocolate. The breakfast sandwiches in the croissants were 10/10. Liam deserves a raise!

Today, we did the Icefield Parkway tour with Charlie and Gabi as tour guides. We had a wonderful experience since the moment we were picked up in the morning. Our guides were easygoing, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, engaging and helpful in anyway. In summary we’re not hesitant to recommend this tour. Sincerely Davor and Gloria

Early morning 4.30am pick-up for Lake Moraine sunrise followed by Lake Louise stop expertly guided by the lovely and knowledgeable Marnie (a Kiwi). Taking a scenic route to return to Banff was a true Nature experience seeing both Grizzly & Black Bear. It's August and both lakes were busy.

100/10 experience! Bee was the most amazing tour guide. We traveled to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Emerald Lake. Bee was very knowledgeable, had a lovely personality, kept us safe and smiling all day. Highly recommend booking a trip with Radventures and I hope to be back soon.

Took the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise Sunrise Adventure with Charlie and it was a great morning start to finish. Pickup was 4:20 AM at the Fairmont Banff Springs, right on time. Charlie was a great driver and a great guide, and his storytelling was the difference between a shuttle ride and an actual tour. The stories were genuinely interesting and always relevant to what we were looking at, not filler. He also routed us back through Morant's Curve, which was a great call and not something I would have found on my own. The timing impressed me most. We were at Moraine Lake well before sunrise with real time to work, not rushed back to the van the moment the light showed up. Same at Lake Louise. The whole morning was well organized and ran exactly the way they said it would. That mattered because I had an evening flight out of Calgary and we were back in Banff right on schedule. If you are trying to fit this into a departure day, this is the operator to trust with it. Highly recommend Radventures, and ask for Charlie.

We had a great adventure to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with Bee. She was high energy, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely fun to be with as we took in two of the most amazing settings you can ever see. She even hiked with us instead of just pointing us in the right direction. Thanks for the great experience, Bee!

From beginning to end this was a must do trip. The parking at the Banff train station was super easy with plenty of spots. Bee greeted us with the biggest smile and gave us a quiet trip up the mountain - time to get in one quick snooze. She then guided us to the best spot - hot coffee/tea/cocoa in hand. The view was incredible at Lake Moraine and then we went to Lake Louise - also gorgeous. Finally, we invited Bee to join us for a trek up the mountain. Such a wonderful day!

High praise for Radventures and tour guide Gini! We booked the Moraine & Lake Louise tour. First, we were the only two people on the tour, and it was not cancelled. Thank you Radventure! Second, we are an elderly couple, and at Moraine Lake, Gini held my hand most of the way up and down the rock pile so we could see the magnificent view. I don’t know if any other guide who would have done this. Third, I really wante to see a bear. She carved some time out of our Lake Louise visit to return on Bow Road to try to find wildlife, and Yes, we saw a bear. It was a perfect tour!

We had an absolute blast on the Moraine Lake & Lake Louise Adventure tour with Radventures! Catching the sunrise at Moraine Lake was nothing short of breathtaking. We had the perfect morning, made even cozier with hot chocolate while watching the sun come up. Afterwards, enjoying breakfast right by Lake Louise was such a special touch. What made the experience even more memorable was our incredible guide, Liam. He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, bringing the national park to life with fantastic stories and local legends throughout the day. And to top it all off, we even spotted a bear on the side of the road! Liam handled the situation like an absolute pro, safely finding a great viewing spot so everyone on board could get an amazing look at the wildlife. If you’re looking for an unforgettable, stress-free way to experience Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, I can’t recommend Radventures—and Liam—enough. 10/10 experience! 🍁🏔️

Georgia at Radventures made are day excellent we were picked up in Banff and travelled to Marble canyon followed by Emerald lake then to Natural bridge and then Takakkaw falls which were brilliant and then to top it off we spotted and photographed a female Grizzly eating at the side of the road the Bears tag number was 142

Liam was quite loud and quickly told us how we were expected to behave, which was quite alot at 4.40a.m. However it soon became clear that he is passionate about his work and is committed to giving his guests a great experience. Great coffee, great breakfast sandwiches and Liam had so much knowledge and stories to share. We were lucky to have a bear cross the road in front of us and then amble into the woods to eat berries. Liam was so excited.
