Premium price is not worth it

We went from a rainy morning to a bright sunny afternoon. We got to see some wide life very close up - elks and mountain goats. Our tour guide, Cam wasn’t able to tour us during the 2 lakes due to lack of parking. This is something to be aware of that might happen but is a plus for folks who like to explore on their own. Overall we felt the price we pay doesn’t match with the service we received.

Great trip, so worth getting up really early!

Charlie was a great guide. Super enthusiastic even when straying at 4:30 AM and really attentive to everyone’s needs. On the way back we were running ahead of schedule so he took the scenic route back which resulted in us seeing a grizzly bear and her two cubs.

Price too high for value of tour

Didn’t see a lot of wildlife, which is not a reflection on the tour guide. He did a great job—very informative! For the price, I don’t think it was worth the money.

Saw everything we wanted to see

We had a great time on this tour! In particular, our guide Cameron made it a fantastic experience: he was personable from the start, kept our spirits high throughout, and had a lot to tell us about the nature in the area (including fun stuff like lore about the alpha bears of the area) plus a steady supply of fun facts about the park. My family and I learned a lot and were thoroughly entertained. The route we took covered many scenic roads near Banff town, none of which we’d been to ourselves. Along the way we stopped at 5 (ish?) viewpoints and our guide pointed out and explained some history behind the main mountains/lakes. I personally really enjoyed seeing Minnewanka/Two Jack Lakes, which we hadn’t been able to fit into our itinerary otherwise. We ended up seeing a lot of wildlife: a big group of elk, several groups of bighorn sheep, and a mother/child pair of mule deer. Overall I would recommend this tour, and especially our guide Cameron, to those who want a good survey of the area of the park around Banff town + a chance to see some wildlife. My family and I got exactly what we wanted out of the experience.

The sunrise tour of Moraine Lake & Lake Louise was absolutely one of the main highlights of our trip. Highly recommend it. The beauty of both of these lakes should not be missed with a trip to Banff. Charlie our guide was phenomenal. He had a wealth of facts, stories & information that was impressive for someone who only recently resided in the area. He was incredibly considerate and ensured everyone on the trip had a great experience. So glad to have met you Charlie, we wish you all the best!

Great early a.m. trip with Nolan to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. He had a terrific knowledge of the area and his passion for showing others the beauty of the parks was impressive. Highly recommended.

Charlie was a fantastic tour guide! He went out of his way to make sure our visits to Moraine Lake & Lake Louise were memorable. He took us on the scenic route back to Banff, and we even spotted a grizzly and 2 cubs! He was very knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun! Highly recommend RadVentures.

Liam was so knowledgeable about the animals and the history of Banff. His anecdotes were entertaining and informative. I especially liked the information he gave us about the relationship between Ravens and wolves.

Our driver/guide, Liam, was amazing. He was humorous and knowledgeable. We were shocked at how much information he was able to give us. Guests asked many questions and he was never lacking for a detailed answer. The views on the tour were spectacular.

The name of the Wildlife tour is not accurate at all and was disappointing. It is more of being stuck in a bus for 3 hours to see viewpoint sites one could do in their own car. Nothing one couldn’t access themselves. It was painfully too long for not seeing anything and driving like 35 km an hour the whole time.

Awesome views and a great tour guide

We had an awesome tour with Liam. He was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and fun. He took us to several spots with stunning views, and shared insights we otherwise would have missed. We saw some herds of bighorn sheep, some osprey and other, smaller species. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

It was great. Super transparent and even ordered up Double Double rainbows for us!

Bee was outstanding… knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel at home. Highly recommend! Pick up was on time and we always knew what was coming.

Dan was a great guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area’s history and geography. An excellent driver as well.

We took the bike tour in Banff and it was fantastic! They had fat tire E-bikes which is great for all levels of fitness. And the tour guide, Liam, was super knowledgeable about the area, landmarks, and fauna. Our only regret is not doing this earlier in our stay!

We loved our tour with Liam. My only retreat was not having it he our first outing in Banff, as he gave us a great sense of the history and where the main sights are relative to each other. He sold our family on making ebike tours something we hunt out on future vacations.

Amazing sunrise trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise on 8-1. Ollie was an exceptional guide and made everything more engaging for my kids who were skeptics after the 4am wake up call. Highly recommend Ollie, RA Adventures, and seeing these sights before the crowds really pick up.
