Loved the private tour we did with Bee! Her energy was unmatched and she had loads of stories on both random facts about Banff and about wildlife. All round amazing experience and we were fortunate enough to spot quite some wildlife!

Hidden Gems
Excellent tour and excellent tour guide (Bee). I loved the small group experience and felt we truly got to see hidden gems which I would not have been able to visit otherwise. Bee’s enthusiasm, knowledge and fun personality helped make this an even more delightful experience. Highly recommend this tour!

Lake Louise and Lake Moraine - beautiful walks and sights in a small group
Excellent tour guide (Dan). Very knowledgeable, energetic, attentive and courteous. Dan had great recommendations on what to see and do at each spot, and he was always nearby for extra conversation or pointers. Great tour - highly recommend.

Brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guide called Tyler. Instructions were clear and voice well projected. Tyler showed he loved his job. Was very chatty and loved sharing his knowledge and experiences.

Great excursion to two of the most beautiful lakes. Ollie, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was punctual, funny and had great knowledge of the local area. Would highly recommend!

Liam was a fabulous guide - very knowledgeable, informative and fun. He took extra care with a couple of participants who had mobility issues and made sure everyone was comfortable. We were lucky enough to see elk in a couple of places and Liam made sure everyone in the group had the opportunity to view and photograph these beautiful animals.

Great places to visit and great guide
Nice amount of time spent at Emerald Lake. Takakkaw Falls picnic and Marble Canyon were lovely. Dan was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and his love of area made us like it too. Excellent vehicle.

Way Over - Rated
After all the hype, it was a very ordinary tour. Liam worked hard to make the trip worth the hype. I may have even enjoyed it more if it was not not over hyped, and certainly not worth the money they charge

Great guide, stunningly beautiful environment
Moraine Lake sunrise was absolutely beautiful. Loved the rugged glacier environment, and the gorgeous views. Hiked up to the lookout at Lake Louise. Tyler is an awesome guide, funny, clear communication, and full of information about the area and wildlife, anecdotes, and a lovely personality. Thoroughly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed. This tour guaranteed a maximum of 12 people, which is the main reason I booked it — but we ended up with 20. That’s nearly double what was promised. This isn’t a minor oversight; it’s false advertising. I paid for a specific experience and didn’t get it. If I had known the guarantee wouldn’t be honored, I would have booked with a different company that respects its customers and keeps its word. This was a tour bus.

Highlight of our trip!
Don’t hesitate to go with this guide service. Aaron was an incredibly attentive and thoughtful guide who accommodated everyone’s interests and managed to add in a couple of bonus travel stops without it feeling rushed or too much on the itinerary. Icing on the cake was his photography skills, showing anyone who was interested where to get the best shots and how to capture them. Wonderful memory! Learned so much. Great vehicle. Smaller group made the entire day feel like a VIP experience.

Brilliant Evening
Great evening. Visited some spots in and around Banff that we wouldn't have missed. We thought we weren't going to see any wildlife until the last 45 minutes where we saw alot of Elk. Which in itself made it very worth it. Our tour guide Ollie was brilliant, very informative and helpful.

Dan was our excellent tour guide to Emerald Lake and the hidden gems tour. He was warm, knowledgeable, personable and provided us with a safe and fun tour with lunch provided as well. I highly recommend Dan and this tour!

I had a wonderful time on the Moraine Lake Sunrise Tour which included a visit to Lake Louise. The scenery was breathtaking and spectacular at both locations. Our guide Tyler did a wonderful job with driving us, climbing up the steps with hot drinks, and sharing information about the area. The tour was well organized and ran smoothly.
