We went on the Banff Highlights and Wildlife tour with Georgia as our guide. Georgia has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed the tour and we highly recommend it.

(Translated by Google) We had a pleasant tour. Our guide and driver deserves 5 stars. The overall package deserves no more than 4. The description of the activities is misleading and suggests a tour aimed at finding the best spots for observing local wildlife. The actual tour, however, is, as the title states, an itinerary of Banff's most interesting spots. If, like us, you're lucky and have a good driver, you might even encounter animals along the way. We encountered deer, bighorn sheep, and a mother bear with three cubs. As for the price, over €100 per person booking through Viator is decidedly excessive. (Original) Abbiamo fatto un piacevole tour. La nostra guida nonché autista merita 5 stelle. La proposta nel complesso non più di 4. La descrizione delle attività è fuorviante e lascia immaginare un tour volto alla ricerca dei migliori punti di osservazione della fauna locale. Il tour effettivo è invece, come descritto nel titolo, un itinerario nei punti di maggior interesse di Banff . Poi, se come noi sei fortunato, e hai un buon autista trovi pure sulla tua strada degli animali. Noi abbiamo incontrato cervi, big horn e una mamma orsa con tre cuccioli. Per quanto riguarda il costo più di 100 euro a persona prenotando con Viator è decisamente eccessivo.

We did the sunrise tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise and it was fantastic. Well worth the early rise and short hike up a rock path at Moraine. Our visit to Lake Louise was equally impressive. Our driver and guide (Gabi) was exceptional. She was attentive and engaging throughout the experience. We learned a lot about our fragile ecosystem and need to protect native wilderness animal habits. It was the the highlight of our vacation. Highly recommended.

We did the See it all newly launched tour in Banff. Beyond our expectations. Saw everything there was to see and more. No waiting in line or looking for a parking space. Charlie, our guide was awesome, informative, witty, and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this tour.

Nolan was an A+++ guide - we had a blast today and will remember our tour forever. He was fun, super knowledgable on a wide range of topics, and was flexible with the itinerary. We did a private tour which I'd highly recommend. Hope to come back and see it in winter sometime soon.

The guide was prompt for pick up for our sunrise excursion to Lake Moraine followed by a true 2 hrs of exploring Lake Louise. This was important because this is an early one and every minute counts to secure a good spot. Georgia was a great guide! She was very informative and knowledgeable of the areas and the history. Definitely worth a by name request there.

Moraine Lake & Lake Louise Sunset Wildlife Adventure -- We took this tour on Aug. 13, 2026. It was absolutely delightful -- our guide, Ellie, was the best. Moraine Lake is one of the most beautiful places on earth, and because we took the Sunset Wildlife Adventure, we also got to see Lake Louise without the hordes of people that gather during the day. Ellie pointed out and stopped for wildlife on the road to and from -- we saw a bear and a porcupine! Our guide was just as excited as we were. (The sandwich was good, as well, with time to eat it in a very beautiful spot.) We highly recommend this tour.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Aaron on our Radventures tour to Moraine Lake for a breathtaking sunrise, followed by Lake Louise for an amazing hike and canoe adventure. Aaron’s enthusiasm is truly contagious, and his passion for the area made the entire day even more special. His photography skills were amazing—he captured some unforgettable moments and helped us take home memories we’ll treasure. Aaron also gave us excellent recommendations for other sites to explore, which made our trip even better.
