Nolan was friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic from start to finish. He was excellent at managing a group with different needs. He gave us lots of 'extra' help amd information aside from the history and information for the trip. Breakfast was better than expected too!

Taylor was absolutely fantastic! He was energetic, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire tour so much fun. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience, joining guests at every stop to share information about the lake, answer questions, and make sure everyone was comfortable. The weather wasn’t ideal—it was cold and raining—but Taylor was prepared with hot chocolate and coffee to help keep everyone warm and comfortable throughout the tour. That extra level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Not only did he provide an amazing tour, but he also recommended hikes, restaurants, and other things to do in the area, which was incredibly helpful. It was obvious that he genuinely loves what he does and wants his guests to get the most out of their visit. Taylor worked hard to show us as much as possible in the time we had and never made us feel rushed. If you’re considering a tour with Rad Adventures, do yourself a favor and ask for Taylor. Highly recommend!

Our tour to Moraine and Lake Louise Liam was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable on the history of the Canadian Rockies. The water and the mountain and forest effects with the animals and how they all survive together! The best guide we have had while in our 8 day trip to Banff!

My family (6 of us) had the best time with Bee on the Banff Wildlife and Highlights tour. She was super enthusiastic, shared her deep knowledge of the area, and we saw so many animals! We did the tour during our last evening in Banff and it was the perfect ending to our trip.

Bee was the best tour guide. She provided the group with a wealth of local knowledge. The tour did not disappoint as we saw different wildlife from elk to loons. The group was a good size and the ride was very comfortable. There was not a bad seat in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our last night in Banff was very memorable. We did the evening wildlife tour and our tour guide, Kirsty made for an awesome evening. We saw so much wildlife! Beginning with loons, loads of elk (including a nursing calf), Whitetail deer, ravens, bighorn sheep, and the highlight of the tour was when a baby black bear was spotted high up in the treetop. Mama Bear was able to coax him down, and he rejoined his two sibling cubs as they scurried away into the deeper woods. Kirsty made stops along the way that were both beautiful and full of stories and interesting facts. I loved that this was a small group tour. As we say goodbye to Banff, we’ll always remember this unforgettable evening. Thank you, Kirsty, great job!

This was a last minute decision that turned out to be a highlight of our trip! We got very lucky with weather and a variety of animals… including 3 baby bears in trees! We also saw different view points and scenery we did not know of, and learned interesting history. We would recommend!

My wife and I had a terrific experience in the dawn visit to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise with Georgia as our guide. Despite the very early start, Georgia jollied us along (and the breakfast was pretty good too) and was a font of knowledge but the two lakes were a spectacular sight. I probably preferred Lake Moraine but the early visit ensured not too many tourists about. And to cap it, as we didn’t see a Grizzly on this trip, Georgia suggested a good place for us to drive to in the afternoon and we saw a mother and three cubs. Well done Georgia and thank you.

Kirstie and Bea were our tour guides in the gondola and wildlife tour. They had great energy and knowledge of the sites and wildlife. We say bear cubs, elk, deer and long horned sheep. It was a wonderful tour that I would definitely recommend.

An AMAZING experience with Gini guiding our day touring Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and various stunning viewpoints! I can’t say enough good things about Gini and our experience with her. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, so enthusiastic about the sights and the wildlife and the conservation efforts to balance both our curiosity while also protecting the environment and wildlife. She answered every question and knew every animal we asked about. She knew how to pace the tour and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommend the tour and Gini is a treasure!! The delicious lunch provided by Bare Bistro was a treat. Don’t miss out on adding that to your experience. Thank you Radaventures and Gini for a day we will remember with great joy!
