Extremely disappointing experience. We booked the Icefields Parkway tour on June 16 and arrived at the designated pickup location well before the scheduled 8:00 a.m. pickup time. The tour operator never arrived to pick us up, and we received no communication regarding any delay or issue. After waiting, I called the Radventure office and was informed that the driver had simply forgotten to pick us up. This was very frustrating and unacceptable, especially since we had planned our day around this tour and were at the pickup location on time. What made the situation even more disappointing was that my time in Banff was very limited, and June 16 was the only day I had available to take this tour. Missing the tour meant missing the opportunity to experience the Icefields Parkway during my trip. A tour company should be reliable and communicate with its customers. Being left behind because the driver forgot the pickup shows a lack of organization and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this tour based on what happened to us.

We had a fun evening and saw several different animals; big horn sheep and elk. We were also able to see 2 momma elks with their babies. Marnie was delightful and did such a wonderful job sharing some interesting information about the animals and the area. She was also very kind and accommodating to offer to take pictures of the people in our group. Highly recommend!

Ella was phenomenal. Very personable and relatable. Knew all the spots for some breathtaking views. This was more of a sight-seeing tour -as unfortunately not much wildlife as present- however, she made it loads of fun and very enjoyable. Great job, Ella!

BEE IS AWESOME! I've been on tours around the US, including Alaska and I will tell anyone who wants to hear....she is the BEST! Knowledgeable, up-to-date, charismatic, and overall a wonderful addition to the staff from Radventures! The care, attention and LOVE she provided to us South Texas cousins went above and beyond the call of duty. I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this young woman for future bookings.

Max was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and had so much information. We saw bears, elk, deer and big horn sheep. If you choose Radventures, definitely try and have Max as your guide!

Our family just experienced a most delightful evening tour of Banff and the surrounding areas. We started with Mt. Norquay and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful. We walked around at the top and took photos. We saw wildlife along the way (elk and mule deer) and had an incredible stop at Two Jack Lake. It was a gorgeous blue color and surrounded by trees. We continued on several more lookouts and then we continued up to the Banff Gondola. Our tour guide, Gabi, had our tickets ready and we really enjoyed this. The views were like nothing we had ever seen anywhere! The sun was setting and the clouds were dispersing and it was absolutely gorgeous! Those views are unparalleled. In addition, Gabi was delightful and had a very fun personality. She was very informative about the area and she told some great stories.. She was a very safe driver and very attuned to safety protocols. We would definitely do another tour with Radadventures! We loved all of it!

Radventures was a great experience! We had the pleasure to do the Hidden Gems tour and the Sunrise tour. Bee and Max were our tour guides and both of them were knowledge about the area and gave amazing insight. Bee and Max were very friendly and super easy to talk to. Great tour and experiences!!!!
