We had a tour to lake moraine and lake Louise today and Georgia was amazing. We had a lot of laughter and Georgia was so knowledgeable and even helped rearrange a tour last minute. I would recommend!

We would like to thank our tour guide Gabi. She provided us with many interesting information about the wildlife around Banff. We were lucky to see a lot of different animals during our tour, such as coyote, wapiti-deers, big horn sheep.

Loved our evening tour! We were being driven and taught by Georgia, who was an absolute delight from start to finish. She was super patient when we had to wait for late people & greeted them with the same cheery, energetic disposition as us, who were early! Georgia was full of knowledge and knew how to answer every single question substantially! She has a great way with words too. We were lucky enough to see male and female Elk and a Coyote on our tour which made the beautiful landscape and history tour so much better! We were of course hopeful to see a bear, but even without seeing any, we had plenty of stories, information and history given by Georgia. I feel like it was such a good tour for the money spent and we had so many opportunities to get out and take photos. We’ve been in Banff / Lake Louise for 2 weeks and we saw some hidden spots we hadn’t seen before, some of them literally awe-inspiring and breathtaking!! The tour went so so quickly. Which was a shame because we were having such a lovely experience... But time flies when you’re having fun! I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone, even without seeing bears it was such an amazing experience and I am so glad we did it. Actually wish we were in the area longer / discovered Radtours sooner because we’d definitely be doing some more with them! So thankful, and I feel very lucky we got to experience this. Georgia also drove super safely, and smoothly! We had ample time at each spot and she even offered to take photos of us and of the animals if we couldn’t see as good as her angle. She made a point to say if we needed to alter temperature / open windows etc we could which was such a nice. Human touch. It was lovely to be toured by such a wonderful person and it was lovely to form a genuine human connection with someone who seemed like they absolutely love their job! (i only have videos and of the animals so can’t attach them, but I took some scenic shots) The weather didn’t deter us at all, we still had such a great time

Ms Georgio our driver/guide services were very commendable during our Best of Banff covering Moraine and Louise Lake tours. She gave us a brief of the highlights when reaching the destination. She gave very cleared instructions on meeting place and pick-up time. She took memorable moments for us too.

We were on the Banff Icon’s tour yesterday with Kristy. She was a fantastic tour guide! She was informative, friendly and fun. She did an outstanding job of navigating various parking situations and made it easy for us to enter and exit the various sites easily. She educated us on the various sites and history of the area which we great. She also navigated the busier areas to give us unobstructed views with the least amount of crowd. Dinner was a predefined cheeseburger and fries order which was well cook. Alcoholic beverages were a separate charge that we expected. Tour was a full 8 hours and was perfect for our first day in Banff. We were able to start our trip with a great baseline for the area and more to do on the following days.

Incredible staff, on time, left purse in van, and they delivered it next day to the hotel. Everything in tact, and they refused a thank you tip. We also saw 3 different types of wild animals. Best was large elk fighting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Ellie on the Best of Banff National Park Adventure. She was entertaining, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. And of course, the scenery is breathtaking!

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour with our fabulous guide Georgia. She was extremely informative and helpful on our tour. We loved every aspect of it. We were provided a lunch, which was a turkey and ham sandwich which were incredible! They were so delicious. This tour was so worth the time and expense!

Our tour guide, Charlie, did a great job! We saw some very scenic sites and wildlife! We saw deer, elk and a black bear!
