The tour up the Icefields Parkway to Abraham Lake is amazing! Gini, our guide, was so knowledgeable about the area and made sure we got the most out of the tour! Overall a fantastic way to spend a day in the mountains.

Best Banff highlights with Nolan.

Nolan was incredibly friendly, prepared and so very knowledgeable about every aspect of our experience. He spotted sheep that were camouflaged and clinging to a roadside cliff, found the best spots to stop, provided cleats to make walking safer and made delicious hot chocolate. Being able to walk on a frozen lake and see methane bubbles was amazing. I’d recommend this tour to everyone.

We went on the nightwalk to the Johnston Canyon to do a bit of stargazing and waterfall watching but ended up chasing northern lights:). Our guide Charlie was super knowleagable, energetic and entusiastic. He took the group to some of his faveourite spots for northern lights watching. The group ended up significantly exceeding the alloted time - that's dedication! Higly recommended!

Excellent views, excellent guide, well worth the money!

Our guide Lubo was excellent. He was very well-versed on the area and he never stopped providing us with interesting facts as we soaked in the fantastic natural views of Banff. Whilst we were advised that animal sightings were not a guarantee, we were lucky enough to spot Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer and Whitetail Deer all up close and personal. The size of the group during our tour was just right which made the tour feel very personal and special. Radventures also went out of their way to ensure me and my partner could go on the tour. Our original tour was cancelled due to low turnout (to be expected as we went in winter), however the team made sure to compensate us by putting us on a tour at a different time that suited us, or provide us a full refund … needless to say we are certainly glad we didn’t choose the refund!

Johnson Canyon Icewalk: very scenic walk showcasing numerous displays of stunning frozen waterfalls through the canyon

We visited Johnson Canyon with Charlie as our guide. Charlie was extremely welcoming, personable and knowledgable both on the history of the area and geological features. The canyon was a stunning display, well worth the visit. Hot chocolate and bikkies was a lovely touch. I think the guide makes a difference in a guest's experience and Charlie most definately ticked that box of personal attention to ensuring we received a top experience and were comfortable. Gini was great. As she drove us around to points of interest she also shared stories about the area. When we got out of the van, Gini always made sure to guide us away from the slippery & icy areas. Gini made a good cup of hot chocolate, hot mocha and black tea. She was knowledgeable about any questions asked of her. She was friendly.

Great small group tour

Loved the small group size. Our tour guide, Gini was terrific. She drove us to beautiful spots and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. At one spot, she made hot chocolate, hot mocha & hot tea for those interested. Gini was very safety conscious. Always there to lend a hand as we got out of the van. She also directed us to the least icy area to walk. Gini shared stories about the various areas she took us. Great job Gini!

We were thrilled with our adventure to the Icefields Parkway with our guide Lubu. Radventures has this tour nailed with the finest of details thought through. And they give their very professional and service-oriented guides the flexibility to make changes (due to weather or other conditions) which ensures maximum opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and the incredible views. We were blessed with a glorious sunny day and two very beautiful easy hikes through the snow to amazing vantage points. The Canadian Rockies are epic—unlike any other mountain range so easily accessed (that I know of). And we got to experience ice walking on Abraham Lake which had very interesting frozen ice bubbles from the release of methane. While the scenery was indescribably incredible it was outdone by the knowledge, professionalism, passion, connection to people and fun shared by Lubu. I would love to adopt him. Anyway, I highly recommend this tour if it’s in line with your preferences, without reservations. If you go, give Lubu a hug for us. We hope we can host him someday equally as well as he hosted us today.

Lubo delivered a fantastic Banff highlights and wildlife with gondola tour. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was a beautiful day and we saw many animals.The Banff highlights were stunning to see, each one a scenic gem. Finishing the tour with the gondola with the incredible views of the surrounding scenery was the cherry on top. Lubo was the perfect host and even offered hot chocolate and tea and suggestions on what else to do and where to eat.

Electric fat bike tour in Banff

The guide was so friendly and professional. We had a small group but it was so much fun. The bikes were great and the scenery even better! We even stopped for hot chocolate and s’mores. I would highly recommended it!

Taylor gave a completely awesome winter fat tire bike tour for our group of four in and around Banff today. Conditions were not optimal (high 30’s, slushy, overcast), but Taylor gave us confidence, took us on great trails to Cave and Basin, Bow River Trail and Falls, and pointed out wildlife along the way then ended the adventure by making us all hot chocolate or tea. Great job Taylor! We appreciate your enthusiasm and guidance! 😊

Our tour through Radventures to Icefields Parkway and Ice Bubbles of Abraham Lake was amazing! Our guide Lubo was so knowledgeable and so much fun!!! Our son and his friend absolutely loved skating on Abraham Lake. The adventure was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this trip especially if Lubo is your guide.
