We did this tour our first night in Banff and it was a fantastic introduction to the town and local wildlife. Our guide, Josh, was very knowledgeable and made the tour so much fun! We saw loads of elk and deer - sadly no bears, but Josh’s tales of The Boss (Banff’s invincible grizzly) and other wildlife made us forget all about it! I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to spot some animals while learning about the park. Also a great option for those who don’t want to, or are unable to, do a ton of walking. We were in the van most of the time, but had the chance to get out and take pictures at scenic spots and overlooks.

Josh was a fantastic tour guide. His comedic persona and his awesome history into the region made the trip worth it. Josh also was great at contextualizing the European experience in Banff alongside the indigenous peoples experience. Very well done. We highly recommend! P.S. we saw massive elk on a golf course almost immediately. Worth it.

I am so happy we went on a tour with Radventures! Our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and kind/supportive when folks have physical challenges! Taking the tour allowed us easy access to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, which can be very busy. I would definitely take another tour with Radventures.

Booked the Banff Highlights & Wildlife Tour. It was much better than expected! Best Views of Banff and we were very lucky to see a bear 🐻 a lot of elks, sheep's and dears! Great experience not at least because of the Tourguide Tia who was so caring. Thank you Tia for this great Trip!

Meghan our tour guide was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Although we lost 2 couples due to them thinking the tour guide would be on foot, for wildlife adventure this has to be safety first. We didn't see any elk,bears on this journey however we did hear that there had been a sighting of a bear in the day. Meghan showed us around Banff heights, beautiful lakes/ Bow falls. We did see some female long horn sheep and admire the beautiful landscape. Meghan was very courteous with dropping everyone off at their hotels including myself directly to my vehicle in the dark. This was much appreciated. To finish Meghan suggested we came back tomorrrow before 8am near the golf course which I did exactly from Calgary as Meghan said and very luckily I did capture a herd of elk, male elk calling, got the video call, seen a grey wolf run across the road and even more luck spotted a juvenile bear within 10 feet of my car foraging after a bit of luck being moved on from a warden telling me about closure of this road for the 10k in Banff. I met 2 couple in Banff on the same day and explained my story and lucky captures. Also forgot to say , there over 300 fir trees , approx 30 native to Canada. Thank you for helpful Q@A

Amazing tour with a mix of popular and hidden gems. Josh was a great host with good banter and amazing facts about the area. We saw elk and a black bear.

Radventures was easily able to transfer my reservation from Viator to Radventures so certain details for our reservations could be made. The trip was great! Josh was our guide. He had stories to tell us as well as give us suggestions as to how to best enjoy our various stops. We saw the advertised lakes and a couple of other places to avoid big crowds. Josh was very helpful in getting everyone off to their next stop after the trip. You will enjoy Josh if you are lucky enough to have him be your guide.

What can I say? Awesome. Our tour guide Tia took us on a full day tour and we had so much fun. We did alot of things and everything we did was guided by Tia and she was very friendly and informative. She gave us options for out tour after going to the lakes and we chose the scenic part rather than the hiking. Unforgettable experience and we highly recommend this tour company and guide Tia.

We had an amazing experience with Radventures. We took the best of Banff tour where it covered Lake Louise and Moraine Lake as well some other places such as Marble Canyon and a lookout point of Banff city. Our tour guide, Sean, was amazing. He provided us with useful information during the tour and took us to places that we would not have covered by ourselves. He gave us plenty of time at each spot for us to enjoy as well as to go on about 1-2 hikes. Had a wonderful experience with this company and would recommend them without a doubt.

Rented an eco-camper (minivan camper) from Radventures for a week long trip through Jasper and Banff from Calgary. The van was comfortable and economical and stocked with everything we needed to just hit a grocery store for food and camp all week. The parks and icefield parkway were spectacular and this was the best way to see it all! Recommend camping in one of the icefield campgrounds to spend more time out there!

My family and I went on a lovely full day excursion that included Lake Louise and Lake Morraine. Mitch was our guide, and he was so so pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, and it offered great advantages in terms of efficiency (we were able to see several sites, and didn’t have to worry about parking/transportation/etc).

We took the Best of Banff tour with Mitch, and the Icefields Parkway tour with Sean. Both tours were well-paced with just the right amount of time to enjoy key stops. It was great to zip right into the special parking spots and have none of the hassle of figuring things out on our own. The guides were knowledgeable and gave lots of interesting background information on the area. We appreciated their recommendations- both for the day of the tour and other places to see during our trip. They were also very effective at managing the small group, figuring out what people wanted, and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Everything was so smooth- a perfect way to see Banff’s key sights!

Staff was very friendly to work with. My original van with different group broke down so this was a back up plan. I did pay quite a bit more for a much lower quality mini van which was disappointing but the van itself worked well and it was a place to sleep which was all I needed. It felt like the staff were focused more on maximizing income than helping customers which was disappointing. Their hours are not clear and are not listed so I did not receive a ride in either direction for the airport (at 10am for pickup for 4pm for drop off) as I was told they are only there 10-2, but then told their hours are really after 2pm, but then picking up the van at 10 I was charged a $75 early pick up fee. None of it made sense and was discouraging enough that I would not rent from them again. I did meet another couple in Banff that were having a similar experience in both customer service and quality of van. However, I would again say the staff were polite and the vehicle met very basic expectations for a campervan and I had a good trip all things considered so I would consider it a very average company to work with and feels 3 stars is honest.

To begin Dale was so helpful with the bookings since we did not know Banff! We have had 3 fantastic adventures with RadAdventures Canada. We started our Banff excursions with Mitch looking for wildlife in the area. We visited Bow falls and Banff Springs golf Course and Vermillion Lakes. We saw Elk and Mitch was full of great info for newcomers to this area! The next morning We joined Sean on a tour along the Icefield Parkway. The weather cooperated on a little rainy day so we could enjoy Bow and Peyto Lakes and a river Canyon before getting to the Icefield and seeing the massive glacier. This is a long drive but worth every minute. Sean took advantage of any view we could stop to take in. On our third adventure we loved seeing Lake Louise, hiking to Lake Agnes Tea house and finally visiting the spectacular Lake Moraine! Our guide- Mitch, was so friendly and resourceful. Our group thoroughly enjoyed this private tour from Radadventures. These two guides were over the top helpful and made our experience rise above our expectations. Thank you!
