Had a fun trip with the crew at Pride of Maui. Ticket ordering on-line was easy. The crew were very courteous and helpful. You can rent wetsuit tops on the boat, and would prob recommend while being in the water that long. Saw lots of interesting fish at Molokini. Second spot, ‘Turtle beach” that day came up empty. Would def recommend.

This was an exceptional experience. From the friendly staff to the hot showers and clean bathrooms, everything was amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour if you plan to go snorkeling in Maui!

The Pride of Maui Molokini and Turtle Town snorkel tour was absolutely fantastic. We chose the tour on the 'Elua and the boat is great - modern, clean, great restrooms, and hot showers for post swimming rinses. The crew were so friendly and the food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely go with Pride of Maui on our next trip.

The sunset cruise was a great time! Our night unfortunately had gusts of 15-20mph wind but the captain did a great job avoiding them as much as possible. So much value for the price, a "must do" excursion if you are on Maui.

We had such a great time doing the snorkel tour. We went on their new boat, Elua which had fantastic amenities. The tour was so well organized and the crew were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the snorkel experience and later the visit to turtle town. Delicious breakfast was included, and a tasty lunch with an open bar. Highly recommended!!

Really good snorkeling, adventure, we went to the Crater, the boat is clean, well equipped and maintained. Didn’t see a ton of fish at the Crater, but it was still worth to go see. We even did SNUBA for the first time.

We had such an amazing time! Unfortunately we couldn’t stop at turtle town because the waves were dangerously big, but we still saw a lot of beautiful things at Molokini. The staff were extremely nice, the food was delicious and the open bar was the perfect closure to the trip. I loved every minute of it!

Absolutely lots of fun. Great experience from the first interaction at the website, phone calls for more information, booking, email instructions, boarding experience, timely departure, Snuba instructions and lovely experience with Snuba and snorkeling, got to see several fish and turtles, clean and easily accessible gear, spacious seating on the boat, clean restrooms and hot food off the grill. Not to mention the amazing on board Staff and Crew. Couple of things can be improved : timing of the Snuba instructions immediately after cast off felt a bit rushed initially especially since Molokini arrives pretty quickly ; Veggie burger Soy patty was not good, please consider other options like Black Bean Patty.

Cannot recommend this experience enough!!! We had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The snorkeling was good at the crater and amazing at turtle town there were turtles all over! Then the food was really good, maybe the best fish I had on my whole trip! Then enjoyed a couple complimentary cocktails while cruising the bay. Boat was pristine and it felt like I booked a really fancy, upgraded experience. Best thing I booked on my trip!

This was a great tour. The food and drinks were good, the staff were amazing, especially Maddie as she sat with our 6 year old when she got tired of snorkelling. Saw lots of fish and turtles!

I had reserved a trip directly with this group for an excursion day from our week long cruise. I purchased the tickets months in adavnce so to have a spot on the boat. I realized I booked the wrong boat and reached out to the company to change the reservation for the same day on their second boat, and they were more than happy and helpful to change the reservation also at this time I added the Snuba to the tickect which was an extra charge that I was happy to pay for. The day before of our trip the seas were so bad that our Cruise ship could not make it port to dock safely. I reached out as quickly as I could to the company that we would not be able to make the trip, they asked if I was canceling and I told them yes, could I get a refund. The response was that they had a 72 hour cancelation policy and no refund would be issued. We had no control over the rough seas, or the fact that We could not make it to shore to catch their tour. Seeing as how they were unwilling to refund either way, I did not cancel our tour there was the slightest chance of docking the day of trip. It didn't happen, we docked on the other side of the island 30 minutes after our check in time. 3 days later there is an email with a refund notice for the added on snuba. While I am grateful for that, why not an entire refund? I did contact them just as soon as I knew we wouldn't make it. 26 hours before we were to leave. IMO it is a bad way to run business, somes things are out of our control and I beleive there should be some consession for cases like this. I am sure we would have a wonderful day given the chance.

My sister, mom, nephews and I had a wonderful experience on our snorkel trip with Pride of Maui. The boat was clean and the crew very friendly and organized. We also did the Snuba and had a great experience. Julie, our guide, was very knowledgeable, patient and organized. I highly recommend Pride of Maui.

Such a wonderful day with Pride of Maui! We had a blast seeing fish, sea turtles, and a reef shark! The crew had awesome energy and prepared great food and drinks. It wasn’t overcrowded or super touristy. We loved everything about this excursion! 10/10 recommend!!!!!

We went to Molokini and Turtle Town on a Sunday morning for some snorkelling and the crew of the Pride of Maui were absolutely fantastic! Everything was very well organized and the crew were extremely helpful, especially Maddie, thanks so much for being our daughter’s new bestie when she needed a break from the water! You are awesome! We would definitely recommend the Pride of Maui!

Signed up for the Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling tour and we ended up not being able to go to either location. Nowhere on the website, booking, or fine print does it say there's a chance of not going to the crater of Molokini. I'd understand if they mention the risk of weather before hand but that was completely omitted and for the price, going to Molokini was the main reason I booked this trip. The website even says "Because of its unique crescent shape, it is protected from high winds, offering calm waters and vibrant underwater life." This makes it seem like high winds wouldn't affect the ability to be able to go there. I heard from other passengers the last time they came they also weren't able to go to the crater. It should at least be mentioned that going to Molokini is weather permitting if this happens regularly, especially since the price is so high. I've done just as good, and better snorkeling from a beach for free compared to the spot we went. Over 5 hours and we snorkeled for maybe 40 minutes and "whale watched" for the rest. A lady made an announcement about SNUBA and anyone interested should join her for a short class downstairs. She said it was sold out but sometimes there are people who drop out so come to the class if you want to be on the waitlist. As she walked by I asked, "What's SNUBA?" and she said it was sold out so she's not really trying to sell it and walked away without taking the 10 seconds it would have taken to explain what SNUBA is. Captain was kind and informational. They also had no gluten free options for food.

We had a great time! Saw humpbacks, dolphins and turtles on a Molokini tour on Elua. The crew were great and so was the food and drinks. 100% would do it again and recommend it to anyone.
