Pride of Maui Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling and snuba adventure! Great locations, amazing staff, spacious boat and great food! We upgraded and got the wet suit tops and really thought it was a worthwhile rental for $10/person. They help you float and keep you from burning. We saw a ton of fish at Molokini Crater and more fish and turtles at Turtle Town. Three of our kids did the snuba and really loved it!! Capped off with some complimentary cocktails and cookies after a delicious breakfast and lunch (burgers). Great experience for everyone!!

The service was great. The views amazing but the dinner itself and the seating was terribly disappointing. There were no tables, people had to stand to eat (if they chose to) it was a self serve dinner and there was no vegetarian option for my husband despite being asked ahead of time if we wanted a regular or vegetarian meal. His voucher said vegetarian but on board while getting his meal we were informed there was no vegetarian option. My husband had stir fry veggies and a sweet potato mixture for dinner. Terribly disappointing

It was terrible experience 😪 Elua not going to close enough Molokini crater..yeah you can't see fish and of course no see turtles. Other many boats was right by Molokini crater very close why not to us..I don't understand sad..sad..sad.

We did the Pride of Maui ‘Elua. We were a party of 7. It was a great experience. Crew was awesome! They went above and beyond to provide the best experience. We went to Molokini Crater and Turtle town. 5 plus stars!

Don’t book this one. They just want to take your money and run away with it. They do not care about customer service and customer satisfaction at all! They shamelessly rubbered us more than one thousand dollars! I used to be in charge of the customer relations department for a large company, I handled so many different customer cases, this cruise is the most careless and ruthless people I’ve ever encountered! We spent more than one thousand dollars booked a dinner cruise for 6. We got stuck in traffic due to unexpected Lahaina debris removal activity that blocked the traffic for much longer than expected. Even though we planned to get there 45 minutes earlier, but the traffic situation made us got there 5 to10 extra minutes later. They did not wait for us, even we have a large party and we paid a lot of money! When we called the next day, they were very very cold, told us that there is nothing they can do. We explained our situation, they showed no empathy at all. Even started being rude to us. Refused to transfer us to their next available cruise even though they have plenty of availability for the next cruise. We told them we are willing to pay some extra for the next cruise, they told us the best they will do for us is given us 15% discount for the next cruise, which is available to everyone on their website. They refused to give us any refund at all and won’t help us in anyway. This is not how you run a business by shamelessly just take more than one thousand dollar from a customer without providing anything, and refuse to do anything about it!

Nice new boat! Not overcrowded at all. Wonderful food for breakfast & lunch. The crew was great! They helped me prevent becoming sea sick & one of my kids who was stung by a jellyfish. The crew also took pictures of families while snorkeling & took some really cool photos/videos underwater. They definitely took us to some great spots! Very knowledgeable & you can tell they care about their passengers. My kids had a blast. I highly suggest this snorkeling cruise!

My wife and I came to Maui for our honeymoon 10 years ago and went on The Pride of Maui to go snorkeling. We were back again today for my dads 80th birthday and my sister wanted to go snorkelling so we booked Pride of Maui again! Justin and his crew were fantastic! Smooth boat ride and we saw lots of fish to see and we saw turtles too! Will definitely go out with them again when I get back to Maui!

We did the morning snorkel to Molokini. Captain Justin was great and his crew were knowledgeable, helpful, and on it! We had a blast. Beautiful boat and yummy drinks too! Would definitely recommend to anyone as this was my favorite boat cruise yet.

Fun and friendly crew, amazing snorkeling locations, good food and floatation provided! My husband and I booked this excursion for our honeymoon not sure what to expect, but it was way cooler than anything we could have imagined! The snorkel gear was provided (eye and nose goggles, mouth tube and flippers) and there was even a snuba option. They also offered free flotation help like noodles and belts and even had wet suits available to rent. Molokini crater and turtle town were both great, and we created memories that will last a lifetime! Highly recommend bringing a water camera and sunscreen, and if there’s any extra cookies be sure to grab one 😋

Had a great time on Pride of Maui snorkeling the Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. A well run operation that takes great care to make sure everyone has fun and is comfortable in the water and on the boat. Highly recommend

Staff was excellent, but the concept of the dinner cruise needs to be evaluated. We were a party of seven with ages from 16-82. The cruise was short trip off the coast of West Maui Mountains, also known as Mauna Kahālāwai. We then stopped for about 30 minutes so we could serve ourselves dinner. Very difficult as there is no first level seating conducive to eating without standing or eating from your lap. As paying customer we had to serve ourselves our appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert. This was very difficult with two elderly people. When I called to ask for assistance prior to the dinner cruise, The Pride of Maui said they could not assist with patrons with walking issues. Seemed to not really care to even discuss options. Very disappointing overall experience for the price of $1,600. I would not recommend this dinner cruise.

What a great snorkel experience, the team was solid and though we did not partake had snuba available too. Super fun trip to Molikini and at Turtle town we saw a ton of turtles and fish. Reefs have color again.

Part of a group of 10 that booked a molokini snorkeling tour on July 3, 2025. The trip was great. The equipment was well maintained, boat was clean, and grilled burgers and hotdogs for lunch hit the spot. The staff was very professional - almost too professional for a snorkel and party cruise. That said, this is an excellent company to book with and I highly recommend.

This was a fantastic trip. The crew are great and the boat is clean. We appreciated the anti nausea ginger concoction and I loved that there was a LIFEGUARD in the water watching everyone . The reef was beautiful. I would highly highly recommend this group!
