Joined this Tuesday. It was ok for a boat ride. The food was not great. The entertainment either but I did enjoy getting to know the local staff and talk to them. Felt touristy overall and lacked authenticity else, that island vibe and culture. Overall it was good to be on the water. It’s not that choppy and you can sit anywhere even away from the crowd which tends to knock your drink over each time they sit down on the chairs upstairs :-) Try it if you like touristy tours!

We were aboard The Pride of Maui Elua two weeks ago and had an amazing time. Captain Justin, First Mate Kadyn, Anna, Elayna and Sienna could not have been more welcoming, engaging and approachable. We had an awesome experience at Molokini crater. Captain Justin made sure to get us located in a great spot where we were able to see many different types of marine life, while still allowing us to feel extremely safe. First Mate Kadyn shared some great tips with the snorkel gear and Captain Justin offered useful insight to make the trip memorable. The yacht and in particular the bathrooms were extremely clean. Breakfast and lunch were very good. This excursion was part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebration and the entire staff made it very special for us by giving us a lovely card, signed by each of them with their own personal messages. Such a fantastic team. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend this tour.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Maui and chose to snorkel. This was one of our absolute favorite days. The boat was beautiful and clean, The crew was fun and friendly, and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This was a really amazing day and the crew was hands down always on point to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The crew had breakfast and lunch during the trip and we both were very satisfied with the meals as there was plenty to go around. They ensured everybody was safe during the entire trip and we really didn’t have to worry about anything. The boat was brand new with CLEAN bathrooms, music, full bar and plenty of area to get great views during the trip. Highly recommend this crew if you want a relaxed snorkeling trip.

We had the most amazing time on the pride of Maui!! The entire staff was amazing, all of them so friendly and helpful! The food was great, we loved the areas they took us to snorkel! We saw so many turtles and we were all on cloud 9! This is such a great boat to take for you to enjoy the ocean and have some luxury too!! Highly recommend!

Crew was fantastic, very friendly, professional and helpful. Food and drinks were good. The captain was friendly and knowledgeable. Felt totally safe and had a great time with some incredible snorkeling. Highly recommend this boat, worth every penny.

Fantastic Experience with Pride of Maui – Highly Recommend! We booked the Pride of Maui snorkeling cruise, and it was such a wonderful experience. My husband and two of our kids enjoyed it so much from start to finish. The boat was spotless, and we were treated to a continental breakfast and a delicious lunch. After snorkeling, they even offered an open bar, which was a great touch. The staff was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and clearly worked together like a well-oiled crew. Everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a fun, well-run snorkeling adventure in Maui, I would highly recommend Pride of Maui to everyone!

Definitely a 6 out of 5 stars. My extended family of 11 had a great time on the Snorkeling trip last week. Everyone was super helpful as we were all first timers. Thanks to everyone on the crew!

A great way to break up the day and do something fun! Breakfast and lunch were served and the boat ride was super smooth and easy. The snorkeling was okay. We saw one turtle and the cool part of the reef was in a spot that was dangerous to be in.

The sunset luau was such a special experience. To be able to be on the waters of Maui at sunset, feeling the ocean's breeze while hearing the ukelele drift in the wind... I know it sounds poetic, but it truly was. We opted for this experience instead of the traditional luau mostly because we wanted a more intimate experience rather than a bigger crowd. Also - it was very hot, and we didn't want to be sitting still in the humidity with flies buzzing about. The dancers were so elegant, and to be able to see the details of their movements up close was inspiring. I saw another review comment on them not wearing the traditional outfits - I'm assuming they were referring to hula skirts. I don't think that anything was lost in them not wearing the outfits. The beauty of hula exists in their technique and performance, and this was definitely shown. The captain was also very kind, personable and funny. Another review mentioned dinner. There were plenty of spots available on the bottom deck to stand and eat on a flat surface. Now, if you are wanting a formal sit-down dinner, this may not be for you. Overall, definitely recommend!

Pride of Maui Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling and snuba adventure! Great locations, amazing staff, spacious boat and great food! We upgraded and got the wet suit tops and really thought it was a worthwhile rental for $10/person. They help you float and keep you from burning. We saw a ton of fish at Molokini Crater and more fish and turtles at Turtle Town. Three of our kids did the snuba and really loved it!! Capped off with some complimentary cocktails and cookies after a delicious breakfast and lunch (burgers). Great experience for everyone!!

The service was great. The views amazing but the dinner itself and the seating was terribly disappointing. There were no tables, people had to stand to eat (if they chose to) it was a self serve dinner and there was no vegetarian option for my husband despite being asked ahead of time if we wanted a regular or vegetarian meal. His voucher said vegetarian but on board while getting his meal we were informed there was no vegetarian option. My husband had stir fry veggies and a sweet potato mixture for dinner. Terribly disappointing

It was terrible experience 😪 Elua not going to close enough Molokini crater..yeah you can't see fish and of course no see turtles. Other many boats was right by Molokini crater very close why not to us..I don't understand sad..sad..sad.

We did the Pride of Maui ‘Elua. We were a party of 7. It was a great experience. Crew was awesome! They went above and beyond to provide the best experience. We went to Molokini Crater and Turtle town. 5 plus stars!

Don’t book this one. They just want to take your money and run away with it. They do not care about customer service and customer satisfaction at all! They shamelessly rubbered us more than one thousand dollars! I used to be in charge of the customer relations department for a large company, I handled so many different customer cases, this cruise is the most careless and ruthless people I’ve ever encountered! We spent more than one thousand dollars booked a dinner cruise for 6. We got stuck in traffic due to unexpected Lahaina debris removal activity that blocked the traffic for much longer than expected. Even though we planned to get there 45 minutes earlier, but the traffic situation made us got there 5 to10 extra minutes later. They did not wait for us, even we have a large party and we paid a lot of money! When we called the next day, they were very very cold, told us that there is nothing they can do. We explained our situation, they showed no empathy at all. Even started being rude to us. Refused to transfer us to their next available cruise even though they have plenty of availability for the next cruise. We told them we are willing to pay some extra for the next cruise, they told us the best they will do for us is given us 15% discount for the next cruise, which is available to everyone on their website. They refused to give us any refund at all and won’t help us in anyway. This is not how you run a business by shamelessly just take more than one thousand dollar from a customer without providing anything, and refuse to do anything about it!
