Out of all the shore excursions & tours we did, this production was by far the most enjoyable, entertaining as well as informative. Breath of life production was definitely the highlight of the tour. If a person visits Honolulu & doesn’t get to experience this place, they have truly missed out.

We had a mostly positive experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center. The village tours, hands-on activities, and cultural demonstrations throughout the day were interesting and well-done. The food was decent, and it was a fun way to learn about different Polynesian islands in one place. However, the main reason for the 3-star rating is the evening show, "Ha- Breath of Life." Don't believe the hype—it's nowhere near as impressive as the reviews suggest. The production quality felt surprisingly low for such a big production: the staging, lighting, and overall execution didn't live up to expectations. During the show, if you get to sit anywhere near the families or friends of the performers, be prepared for your eardrums to get absolutely blasted. The cheering, screaming, and whistling from those sections was so loud and constant that it completely drowned out parts of the show and made it hard to enjoy. If you're mainly going for the daytime experience, it's worth it. But temper your expectations for the night show.

Visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center is truly an unforgettable experience. It’s so easy to spend the entire day there… time just flies! Everything was amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Coley. She was incredible!!! knowledgeable about the culture and attentive to every detail, which made the experience even more meaningful. Our luau was even better with Isa as our server, she made the evening extra special with her kindness and great energy. Overall, it was such an immersive and heartwarming experience. The people are welcoming and full of aloha spirit, and it’s a beautiful opportunity to learn about the origins and traditions of the Polynesian islands. Absolutely worth every second. Aloha from Brazil! 🇧🇷❤️

It was truly a beautiful, unforgettable, and fun experience 🤩. There were so many engaging activities, and one that stood out to me was a trust-based activity where my partner and I had to throw sticks toward each other. We missed a few times at first, but in the end, it really built trust between us and made the experience even more meaningful. The performances were absolutely incredible, especially from Tonga 🇹🇴. The energy and drum beats were so powerful that I can still hear them echoing in my mind. I also had an amazing tour guide, Kaci, who was very friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about Polynesian and Micronesian culture. I’ve traveled the world 🌎, but this place truly stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

Fun and engaging experience. Shows are entertaining and educational. Worth the trip up from Waikiki to see everything. It’s a full day of fun so wear comfortable shoes and hydrate.

월요일에 방문했고 오픈 시간 맞춰서 입장했어요. 쿤가이드님 셀프투어 자료 덕분에 버리는 시간 없이 알차게 잘 보고 돌아왔습니다. 특히 하쇼는 아이가 하와이에서 제일 기억에 남았다고 할 정도로 정말 좋아했어요. 게이트웨이뷔페 포함이었는데 개인적으로 뷔페는 입맛에 안맞아서 살포시 비추천합니다^^;

Kind of bummed with the amount that we paid for this experience we had to leave a luau early and missed all the dancing in the show due to catching the bus or having to wait another 2 1/2 hours I feel like that part wasn’t organized… Felt very, very rushed I wanted to see was the full luau and didn’t get to have the chance

하와이 오시면 하루는 여기는 꼭! 가세요. 아이들, 부모님, 연인에게 모두 강추합니다. 특히 카누 꼭 타세요~ 부페는 보통수준이나 분위기 좋구요. 저녁 쇼는 정말 멋집니다. 왠만하면 다 경험해 보세요~

What an excellent evening, nothing like we have ever experienced. We did a luau buffet and the Breath of Life show. A lot of talent there. The buffet was just ok for me. A lot of different meats and some rice and veggies. They had a dessert bar and salad bar. You are served an amazing pina colada drink in a pineapple. So glad we did this. You wont be disappointed. They have a lot of great shops too and also other places to eat and food trucks.
