Great experience
This was exactly as it was described. Was absolutely amazing and entertaining. The best way to get “everything” in and learn a lot. Would also be amazing to do first thing so you can learn all there is to go explore.

Amazing Boston City Tour
We signed up for this tour to see as much of Boston as we could in a day. This tie did not disappoint. We started with some great food gems in the Italian North End area - the food was delicious, we went to a hidden bakery for some bread, they are open 24 hours, then we went for coffee and a cannoli which were out of this world. We ordered cappuccinos and the chocolate on top of the foam was caramelized, so good!!! The cannoli was tasty too. Then we stopped by an Italian salumeria for a delicious deli sandwich, followed by a stop Stan OG pizzeria for a slice of pizza. Along the way and thru the rest of the tour to Beacon Hill we learned all about the famous historic spots along the Freedom Trail. The one thing that made this tour so fantastic was our tour guide Molly Mitchell who was so knowledgeable, energetic and engaging. Thank you Molly for an amazing day in Boston. We highly recommend this tour which combined great eats and sights!

The most miserable tour experience I have ever had in my life
We took the moonlight tour of DC on 2/21/25. Our tour guide Reggie was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to make this a memorable tour. Having said that, the tour was a miserable experience. It was 19F outside and NOAA had issued a gale wind warning. Winds were about 21mph and the cart could travel up to 25mph. The tour cart was completely open sided. It offered no protection from the wind and cold. There was no heat. They did offer blankets but they were sorely inadequate even with several layers of warm clothing on. We were appropriately dressed in thick coats and several layers of clothing. I am re-submitting this review today with additional details because the company's public relations manager (Kiseda?) replied to the last one with a poor cookie cutter response which made us look like we were in the wrong. Reggie the tour guide had hand warmers but forgot to hand them out until near the end of the tour. The hand warmers did not work. Customer service also implied that we were not dressed appropriately with this response, "Please dress appropriately for seasonal weather conditions." I had on a t-shirt, a wool shirt, a thick hoodie and a thick coat and have never been so cold in my life. When you are driving in a completely open cart at 25mph directly into the wind which is blowing at 21mph that means 46mph winds are hitting you directly at 19F. It was absolutely miserable. I could not have predicted that this was going to happen and also did not have time to do so 24 hours in advance. While Reggie was very knowledgeable, I could not focus on what he was saying due to the cold and the wind. Trying to keep warm took my entire focus. I do not remember a thing about what he told us about the history of DC. If I could go back in time I would cancel this tour and do it during more appropriate weather. I trusted the tour operators to know what they are doing and to provide a safe and comfortable environment for their customers. That trust was misplaced. It was basically two hours of torture, interspersed with some interesting facts. Our tour guide even said that several other people had left the tour part way through during similar weather conditions. When you are driving into the wind The public relations manager also said in their response to reach out to customer service. We have already done that and quoting their response, "We have available cancellations up to 24 hours in advance – which we believe to be enough time for each traveller". We did not arrive in DC until less than 24 hours before the tour. We had been travelling the entire day prior so was not checking to make sure this tour was going to be ok. Customer service did nothing to make this right. So while she said to reach out to customer service, it was a futile exercise to do so. I highly recommend you stay away from this company and their tours. They did offer us a 15% discount on our next tour but that would mean giving them more money and I absolutely refuse to do so. 15% off a second tour when the first was a complete waste of money is an insult. Customer service also said "On your tour, we did have 6 people – including yourself- and the 2-hour duration, we are sorry to learn that you felt the impact of the seasonal weather." The other people on the tour were also deeply cold and miserable and wished they had not gone on the tour. If they had talked to them, they would have known that. Stay away from this tour company.

not an accurate description
Met at the park she did give an ok history of jazz from the park we assumed we’d be going to/ from at least 3-4 venues no- went to the park, walked around for a very long time and only went to 1 oh and while at the park- we were interrupted by some female in a mask, w/ a friend recording the incident, interrupting everything. it would have been nice to be given a proper description - history at the Square, 1 jazz club and a drink- which we could have done ourselves with google.

Fun, informative with breathtaking views. The Monuments look very different at night. They seem to tell their story better under the moonlight.

Perfect!
We had an awesome time. It was a great ratio of food to history. Our tour guide, Nabil, was extremely personable, knowledgable, and deeply passionate about everything from cannoli to Samuel Adams. It went an hour later than we anticipated, no complaints here, but take that into account when booking. It was a very manageable and enjoyable amount of walking, about 5 miles total. Nabil sent us a very thorough and entertaining email after the tour with a recap of the places we went, as well as other recommendations for the city. It was a fantastic way to spend the day and we will be exploring many of the recommendations in future trips!

Reggie deserves a huge raise!
My wife and I attended the moonlight tour on March 1st 2025. Although it was extremely cold, Reggie made the tour 100% worth it! Reggie was very informative, accommodating, and comical throughout the entire tour. He answered all our questions about the beautiful city and made us realize how historic and unique the district of Columbia really is. Reggie even told several jokes throughout the night and developed a personal connection with all the passengers on board. This kept us even more interested and engaged in the tour. Again, Reggie made this tour totally worth every second of suffering in the cold. Reggie accommodated us by dropping us off near our vehicle so we didn’t have to walk back in the cold. We also really appreciate the blankets that are provided in the cart. I do wish there was a way to tip Reggie through ways other than cash as I unfortunately never carry cash. If there is a way to tip Reggie via online then I would love to do that. Thank you Reggie and Intrepid urban adventures! - Reggie’s friends from Pittsburgh, PA

Moonlight Tour is Amazing!
Our family of four had a wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide, Dr. Cook. I highly recommend this tour! The monuments were virtually empty and beautifully lit up at night. I learned so much from our tour guide and he took great pictures of our family with the monuments. It was a bit cold, but there were blankets in the golf cart to keep us warm. It was so different and cool to tour by night!
