Brilliant! I saw the Sokha performance, (for this one some parts could be a bit scary for younger kids), i thought it was very well balanced between the heavy moments and comedic relief. I loved how it was a story unique to Cambodia and their recent history. Having done some physical theatre myself, i understood the complexity of some of the tricks - all of the artists are fantastic performers with incredible tumbling/acrobactic skills. Not sure if it was just this show, but was surprised to only see one female acrobat - hope that more ladies join in the future!

We enjoyed Sokha show on February 23rd. The show was so fantastic that I could not help but shout out loud. I learned Cambodian history through the show. I was surprised that there were not Japanese other than us. After the show, I had my picture taken with the young man who was very friendly and kind. His smile made me very happy. I will recommend to people around me the circus. If I have a chance, I want to see the show in Japan too.

Not to be missed! We absolutely loved this show but Phare is more than just a circus. It educates & accomodates street children and offers young Cambodians the opportunity to study the Arts. The show we saw was a play depicting the horrors of the Khmer Rouge regime through drama, acrobatics & other circus skills. Wonderful!

Fabulous and authentic. Got instant rapport with audience and some impressive stunts. Money goes to a good cause. Good hygienic food stalls in the complex. Even the cheapest seats had good views.

Best circus I have ever been to if you are around this area you must go there are some amazingly talented people and they do a different show every night. The night we went it was a full house and at the end every person stood and clapped them for a standing ovation.

We still had a good view, even if we couldn't follow the painting very well (it was only shown once around the perimeter, and I didn't see two of the paintings until the end, after the performance). The souvenir shop also made my heart beat faster with a print of a self-painted picture. All items are used to support individual companies with and for fair trade products. (Original) Es war ein wirklich toller Abend! Dem ich jedem empfehlen kann. Theater, begleitet von Akrobatik, live Malerei und einer kleinen Band die jede Handlung spielerisch unterstreicht. Ein toller Sound!! Die Geschichte die erzählt wurde (von den roten khmer) hat mir an manchen Stellen Gänsehaut verschafft, durch die Dramatik die damit einher ging. Die Akrobatik und die Atmosphäre jedes einzelnen der Artisten hat Stimmung gemacht und einen mitgerissen. Unterstützt diesen Zirkus, er hat es durch dein Engagement verdient von uns getragen zu werden. Dadurch das wir die Tickets sehr spontan über Internet gekauft hatten, saßen wir im Bereich C, was vollkommen okay war, man hatte trotzdem eine gute Sicht, auch wenn man die malerei nicht so gut mitverfolgen konnte (gezeigt wurde die nur 1x rings rum, von 2 Bildern konnte ich erst zum Schluss nach der Vorstellung etwas sehen) Auch der Souvenirshop hat mein Herz mit einem Print eines selbstgemalten Bildes höher schlagen lassen. Alle Gegenstände dienen der Förderung einzelner Unternehmen mit & für Faire Produkte.

Go early and eat all the delicious food before the show. Such an impressive show. History, music, theatrics and amazing acrobats, all with a great social mission. 10/10 go see it!!!

The Phare Circus exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend it to everyone. Not only was the performance breathtaking, but there were also plenty of humorous moments, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The artists were incredibly talented! Before the show, you can also enjoy some great food and drinks. There’s even a pre-show dance performance by local students, which was amazing to watch. We truly appreciate the opportunity to see this wonderful show!
