100% recommended! I loved the performance, artists and in general, the organisation of the event. Prior to the performance, you can grab some drinks/food and enjoy them at the table outside. Inside the circus there is AC - with crowds you may not feel it that much so the staff offers fans. Phare Circus was one of the best things I experienced in Cambodia

La nourriture sur place est chère, la boutique également. Nous sommes déçus car c'est un bel endroit avec de belles valeurs du moins en apparence. Nous avons plus eu l'impression d'être là pour payer et mettre 5 étoiles que pour réellement profiter d'une représentation aboutie et construite.

During our visit to Siem Reap, we attended a performance at Phare, The Cambodian Circus. The show began at 8:00 PM and lasted approximately one hour. The day before the performance, we visited the circus’s box office and purchased our tickets in person using cash. We chose Section A seats, priced at $38 for adults and $18 for children aged 5-11, which provided reserved seating in the front rows of the middle section. We attended the show with our children, who are involved in acrobatics, aiming to inspire them by showcasing professional performances. The children thoroughly enjoyed the show, finding it engaging and motivational. As adults, having experienced circuses in other countries, we found the performance to be relatively straightforward. Nonetheless, we appreciated the opportunity to experience Cambodian circus arts and felt it was worthwhile to attend at least once. It’s worth noting that the venue offers Cambodian street food, drinks, shopping, and pre-show entertainment starting from 5:30 PM. We chose to have dinner at a restaurant beforehand and arrived just in time for the show. In summary, attending Phare provided a culturally enriching experience that our family valued. We would recommend it to others interested in exploring Cambodian performing arts.

First of all, I don't know why all the workers of that place werent nice, they worked in a bad mood and were very hateful to treat you, besides I don't understand the need to put you to change money for those bonuses... no necessary ...Secondly, I thought the show was bad, the idea of the show itself was kind of ridiculous...a man screaming like a little kid, it was annoying and all. The artists are very talented, that's not undeniable but the show is very very bad... I expected a lot because I had been in other similar shows before and it was art, this is garbage... Two stars because of the incredible artists but their show is zero stars... not recommended.

What an incredible performance done by such talented individuals. The show has absolutely everything: a story, great artists, a vibrant music and so much laughing!! Huge congratulations to the choreograph! They have completely re-invented the concept of circus. Last but not least you will be supporting a non profit organisation that has trained more than 1000 of young artists. What an absolute gem!! Make sure you complete this with a trip to the lotus farm and the Haven restaurant which are also helping young local people and are equally fantastic places to visit. Cambodia seems to have a pool of incredible entrepreneurs with a big heart and this is exactly what tourists now want to see!! 🙏🙏🙏

Last night we went to see an amazing circus in Siem Reap the acrobats were fantastic. A very talented group of young people who support an educational programme for underprivileged children. This circus needs to be promoted throughout the world especially touring Australia.
