Great experience
We had an absolutely fantastic tour with our guide Miguel from Peru Hop! Our journey started in Lima and took us through Chincha Hacienda, Paracas, the Ballestas Islands, and Huacachina — and every part of the trip was unforgettable. The boat tour to the Ballestas Islands was incredible. We saw so many birds and even Humboldt penguins, which are very rare to spot. Seeing the penguins honestly made my day! After that we visited a beautiful vineyard where we had a tour and tasted the local pisco. It was very sweet and super tasty — a great experience to learn about the local tradition. And the cherry on top was our trip to Huacachina, where we went sandboarding and dune buggy riding in the desert. It was such an exciting experience and something we will remember forever! Our guide Miguel was super funny, friendly, and helpful. He is truly a gem for Peru Hop. You can tell he does his job from the bottom of his heart and genuinely wants to help everyone with any questions. Bravo, Miguel! Muchísimas gracias for an amazing tour!

Nice two day trip
We had Julio, J.C, as our guide and he was great. He was always on top of things and the wattsapp group works well. You spend quite a bit of time in the bus between activities, however the busses are spacious, clean and with both wifi and charging outlets. I recommend doing and paying for the Golden Shadows Trek on day one after lunch. The sunset was beautiful and not much else to do in Paracas for just the evening.

The tour has been very enjoyable so far and have learned quite a bit about the Peruvian culture and points of interest.
Julio was very informative. He attended to our needs immediately. And just an enjoyable person to hang with.

Beautiful Tour- worth the long drive!
Early morning pickup, Great wildlife experience, a lot of local info, great views of the cliffs and ocean, and you see the Paracas candelabra from the sea. The Paracas Sea cliffs were breathtaking, and the slave plantation tunnels was presented with dignity regarding a difficult subject. Neil Mesias and Luis were our guides and they were fantastic. They explained clearly and with interesting info. Completely bilingual. Very responsible and friendly. It was worth the four hours each way bus ride to do this tour!

Long Day But Worth it!
As others have stated there was some confusion at the beginning of the tour because there are 2-3 different itineraries being managed at the same time but once you get your bus assignment, everything else falls into place. The Ballastas islands were beautiful as well as the Paracas Reserve. Anna, our guide for this portion was sweet, helpful, and informative. While I enjoyed visiting the hacienda, I don’t think it was a necessary part of the trip —despite our visit I’m still going to have to use Google to understand the “slave tunnel” reference. Also, we didn’t stay that long because it was approaching sunset by the time we arrived. Perhaps it could be combined with the Paracas Reserve visit as a separate excursion and extended to include a meal as the grounds are very beautiful, often hosting weddings, quinceañeras, etc.

Pack your bags and go to Nazca!
This is an amazing, yet compact two day deep dive into Parachas, Hauchachina and Nazca. The first day is the easiest on the soul, early pick up, nap on the bad and then an enjoyable 2 hour boat ride to view sea lions, water birds and the occasional whale. Afterwards, an hour drive to lunch which is served at a quaint Pisco vineyard where you can easily toss down several cocktails and shots if that’s your thing. Huacachina is an amazing tourist town/oasis where the dune buggy and sand boarding trips were well organized. Plenty of downtime afterwards. Both the “party hostel” and more upscale hotels had “good vibes”. Travelers come and go and fast friendships are created. As mentioned in previous reviews, the day to Nazca can be a bit of a slog. Know what you’re signing up for. It’s about a 3 hour drive, 2-2.5 hours in town with included flight over Nazca (about 30 minutes) and lunch is on your own. Then a 3 hour drive in a shuttle to Hauchachina, an hour to two for dinner/break while other tours return and then a 4 - 4.5 hour bus ride back. The final day is a long day, hence some of the negative reviews perhaps, but if flying over Nazca is your ultimate goal - pack your bags and go. Tour company was extremely professional, well organized, attentive to needs and exceptional.
