Ho messo due stelle solo perchè i posti sono meravigliosi! Ma loro pessimi! Ho scelto questo tour di 2 giorni (Lima-Paracas-Huacachina-Nazca) per viaggiare senza pensieri, ma è stato l'esatto contrario. Il costo è decisamente troppo alto per il servizio offerto, considerando anche che l'hotel a Huacachina è pagato a parte. ​I Luoghi: Splendidi Paracas e Nazca (volo top grazie alla guida Liz). Huacachina meravigliosa ma rovinata da un caos totale e un'organizzazione pessima. ​Lo Staff: Le guide di Peru Hop sono state inutili e incapaci di gestire un gruppo numeroso. Comunicazione confusa, riunioni inutili e una mancanza di disciplina snervante. ​L'Esperienza: Un'alternanza tra picchi di adrenalina e ore di noia infinita per attese causate dalla cattiva gestione. Il ritorno a Lima è stato un calvario. ​Conclusione: Zero cura del cliente e personale antipatico. Volevo meno pensieri, ne ho avuti il doppio. La prossima volta farò da sola. Sconsigliatissimo. ​🇪🇸 Reseña: Relación calidad-precio pésima. ¡Nunca más! ​Elegí este tour de 2 días buscando tranquilidad, pero fue lo opuesto. El precio es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, ¡y encima el hotel de Huacachina se paga aparte! ​Los Lugares: Paracas y Nazca son increíbles (el vuelo fue genial gracias a la guía Liz). Huacachina es hermosa, pero el caos y la mala gestión del tiempo arruinan la experiencia. ​El Staff: Los guías de Peru Hop resultaron inútiles. No saben manejar grupos grandes: explicaciones confusas, reuniones que no sirven para nada y falta total de disciplina. ​La Experiencia: Pasas de la adrenalina al aburrimiento total esperando horas por la mala organización. El regreso a Lima fue eterno y agotador. ​Conclusión: Nula atención al cliente y personal antipático. Buscaba ahorrarme problemas y terminé con el doble. La próxima vez lo haré por mi cuenta. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Fun and easy trip!

Such a great inexpensive way to get many tours at once. I recommend paying g the extra for reserved seats. Jean Pierre on the first portion of the tour was amazing. The boat captain also was fantastic. The girls who did the Nazca portion were good but the guide back to Lima was horrible and some guests that had to do am additional bus transfer to there hotels were not told till we got to Lima where she abruptly told them to get off the bus she was also really rude to an elderly gentleman. Other than this the trip was perfect. Popcorn on way home a nice touch. Please note no charging available on the bus you will need to buy a battery.

Best Bang for your Buck!

This was truly an all day activity. Got on our bus at 5:50am and didn’t get back until 11:30pm. I will say for the price it is worth it. We had a long bus ride to the first stop which was the animal watch boat ride. The bus ride views were pretty but the boat ride was very underwhelming. Saw two peguins and a bunch of sea lions. The second stop was lunch and wine tasting. Lunch was good, paid 35 S (maybe $10 US). Then we went to the best part which were the sand dunes! So much fun!! great pictures and perfect timing to catch the sunset. We also had a nice dinner which was another 35 S. Plenty of stops and shops to buy snacks, small sandwiches, scarves, and even chargers. The bus has perfect wifi but the charging ports were spotty. I recommend bringing a portable charger. Overall….Great excursion!

Really good for solo travelers

I joined the day trip and had Lizabeth as my guide, she was fantastic! Very attentive to everyone in the group and gave clear explanations about how the day would run, which made everything feel well organized and easy to follow. If you’re a solo traveler as me, I really recommend this experience. We did arrive back to Lima a bit later than expected, but this had already been communicated in advance due to Easter holiday traffic in Lima. There was a small moment of confusion during drop off, but Lizabeth was always available to clarify things. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful day!

Aymeth was awesome! She spoke both English and Spanish the entire time so we could understand what was going on. The day was full of activities. We got to see whales, go sandboarding and enjoy some free time! Thank you!

Huacachina Tour

Aymeth was incredible! Great communicator, great energy and such a sweet soul. She made the day run so smoothly and I would 100% do another tour with her and recommend that you do the same!

Oasis was amazing!

The first excursion was great! The oasis was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the trip. We did have problems with our second tour to Nazca. Liz was not the best tour guide we have had. When asked questions about the lines, she was annoyed to answer our questions and did not help direct us to our booking counter at the Nasca airport. I think if we had a better tour guide we would have enjoyed our time more, except we felt like a bother.
