Tutto perfetto, tutto molto organizzato

Expérience horrible avec Peru Hop
C'était la pire expérience qui j'ai déjà eu avec une agence de voyage (et ceci après visiter 21 pays). Pour commencer, la communication avec le personnel de Peru Hop était très compliqué. La personne qui devait nous chercher à l'hôtel est resté à l'extérieur, alors que nous attendons à la réception de l'hôtel (comme dans la plupart des pays au monde). Il est parti sans nous prévenir. Quelques minutes après, on se rend compte de ce qui venait de se passer et la réponse que nous avons reçu de Peru Hop c'était: "Votre bus est déjà parti, les gars". J''ai dû insister pour parler avec quelqu'un et expliquer que je ne pouvais pas deviner que la personne qui était dehors nous attendez, mais la personne de l'agence m'a demandé de comprendre qu'ils devaient prendre d'autres clients. Pour moi, c'était un manque d'humanisme profond. Je me suis senti un numéro. Après discussion, on m'a demandé de prendre un taxi et d'arriver quelques minutes après à un autre endroit. Nous avons pu finalement arriver et heureuse que le bus était 2 minutes en retard. Alors nous avons pu rejoindre le groupe, mais c'était un stress tellement grand qui a gâché tout mon voyage. Ensuite, les guides ont communiqué surtout par WhatsApp. Il y a très peu de contact humain. Il n'y a aucun qui nous a demandé de nous présenter, de nous faire connaissance, créer de liens.. Je ne m'attendais à un accueil plus chaleureux et humain.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência, Jossy foi muito solicita e ótima para explicar sobre cada lugar. Valeu muito a pena. Empresa organizada, cumpriu com todas as coisas oferecidas no pacote. Certamente recomendo.

Спасибо большое за поездку, за приятное времяпровождение! В целом все понравилось, но хотелось чуточку больше времени на некоторые локации, не успели сделать фото на память. И немного дороговато вышло за экскурсии без питания и жилья. А так приятно провели несколько дней, спасибо!

Great two day trip to see Nazca lines with additional fun activities
Trip was great. Peru Hop was well organized and very efficient. Having you join o What’s app group was so smart because all the information they told you was also available to see and review at any time. The guides were very helpful with any questions you had. The buses were clean and comfortable. The activities planned were very enjoyable and the Nazca lines were amazing.

Der Tag war anstrengend aber es hat sich gelohnt ! Unsere Reisebegleiterin Fiorella war top: hat uns über Kultur erzählt, immer am laufen gehalten, hat immer gekuckt ob alle dabei sind . Einfach Top. Herzlichen Dank ihr und natürlich dem Fahrer, sehr netter Man, der sehr anstrengend Tag hatte aber uns alle gesund nach Hause zurückgebracht hat. Empfehlen allen, die Zeit sparen wollen aber etwas schönes und besonderes erleben wollen . LG von deutschen 😉

Excellent Tour, Fio is the best!
Excellent tour, very well organized. Fio is a fantastic guide. It’s a very long day but I was very bored! Lots of fun, the dune buggy part is not for the faint of heart 😁

Raul was very good, great English, informative, polite and always smiling. He was always available and myself and my friend had complete faith in him. We also enjoyed the company of Majorie on the early part of the trip from Lima to Paracas before Raul took over on the return trip from Paracas to Lima and she was equallly as impressive. The driver was efficient and the coach comfortable. Thank you Peru Hop

A must do. Like nothing else we have done in Peru. You will laugh a lot in the sand dune buggy.
This tour exceeded my expectations. Yeli, our guide was delightful and very organised. The boat trip in Paracas had sea lions, penguins and many birds. The island scenery was beautiful. Lunch was nice with a choice of meals. Then we did a tasting with opportunity to purchase if you chose. Then the sand dune buggy ride …… fantastic. Just loved the sand dune scenery you have to see in person to watch all the buggy’s and people sand skiing, sand boarding and our group laying on board going down the dunes. Sunset was beautiful. A big day but well worth all the travelling from Lima. Highly recommend, completely different environment from the rest of Peru we visited. Make sure you take bandana to keep your hat on in sand buggy. Also had evening meal at Desert Restaurant recommend beef fried rice.

We had an amazing experience on this trip! Our guide, Franklin, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to see penguins and sea lions, and even caught a special glimpse of a whale, which was an unforgettable bonus. The lunch stop was in a beautiful setting, though the food itself didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The highlight of the day was definitely the dune buggy ride and sandboarding—it was an absolute blast and so much fun! Overall, this trip was completely worth the money, and we would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend!

Franklin war der beste guide den man sich wünschen kann. Die Tour war aufregend, super organisiert und der Bus war modern mit WLAN. am weg zu den Seelöwen durften wir sogar einen babywal sehen. Wir hatten überall genügend zeit um uns auch etwas anzusehen bzw zu kaufen. auch das essen im Restaurant war ausgesprochen gut und üppig. wir können diese Tagestoir absolut empfehlen!
