The trip was great, we wouldn't have seen so many cool things if not for Peruhoop, our guide Jirack is the best, positive, always smiling, helpful. Without him this trip wouldn't be the same

Great experience! Both Luis and Julio were awesome guides and very informative. We went to some very interesting places, and although the driving was a lot, it was worth it.

Early Pickup Without Name Check or Communication — We Were Left Behind
We were really looking forward to this tour, but it turned into one of the most frustrating parts of our trip. The confirmation email clearly stated a 5:30 a.m. pickup at our Lima hotel. We were in the lobby by 5:05 a.m., ready and waiting, but no one approached us, called our names, or made any effort to identify us. The operator later claimed they “attempted” pickup but arrived early and never verified names — they simply asked for “two people” and left. We received no communication prior to the tour, and no response to our messages the morning of. Afterward, we were sent a video as “proof,” but the audio is obstructed by a loud ringing and it does nothing to confirm proper procedure or identity verification. We were then told we could either try to meet the group four hours away or reschedule for another day — but we were on a carefully planned vacation with a full itinerary, and neither option was remotely realistic. We followed all instructions, were on time, and were ready. The failure was entirely on the operator’s side — early arrival, no name check, no contact, and no accountability. We paid over $500 for a tour we never got to experience. Viator should seriously reconsider working with this provider.

2 Days in Paracas and Huacachina
Bus was great and the guides were great and provided lots of information for us all. We did the 2 day tour from Lima to Paracas and Huachina. Everything ran on time and quality of the experience was very good. It makes for very long days but all the visits were worth it. Best if you have abs use WhatsApp to communicate with them during the trip. As they send updates on what’s happening next via a WhatsApp chat group once your tour starts. I would use them again. Also glad we chose to overnight in Paracas rather than Huachina as there are more option in Paracas. Would highly recommend the Golden Shadows trek, which is extra but so worth the views!

Peru Hop experience
Great trip to Peru! Peru Hop buses were clean and comfortable and on time. Our guide Moni did a great job of keeping us informed, keeping track of us, suggesting activities in each town and also organizing group meals and activities so we could get to know the other travelers in our group. A really good experience.

Fun short trip out of Lima. Best guides.
Franco is the best! We had several tours in Peru over this vacation and out of all of them Franck was the best guide. He was able to give English and Spanish details seamlessly and with the eighth balance. He kept the tour going in good mood and was attentive to all. He also recognized and memorized everyone on his group in an instant and was very personable.

You get what you pay...
You get what you pay for!! Amazing and super organized. Must do when you come to Peru! Franco our tour guy was amazing the first day as well as Nylka de second day. We loved the Nasca lines and the pilote was excellent helping us identifying the drawings from above.

Wonderful tour company
Peru Hop was very well organized and we really enjoyed our 2 day tour from Lima to Paracas and back. We didn't have the best weather, but the views were still incredible and we loved that there were so many options to choose from within the tour regarding events. Would highly recommend Peru Hop to travelers!

Great way to see Peru
Peru Hop made travelling super easy and well organized. Communication was great and our guide Jose Carlos was very helpful every step of the way. Also, joining Peru Hop makes attending the extra tours very easy. Would recommend especially if it's your first time in Peru.

Peru con amistades!
Fuimos buscando una experiencia buena y económica y optamos por Peru Hop. Comenzamos en Lima, luego en Paracas, Huacachina y Arequipa. Aquí tuvimos a nuestro gran guía, Sergio. La experiencia con él fue bien agradable. El autobús en esos pueblos, nos llevó a comer en buenos lugares. Tenía miedo que fueran estos lugares de Scam de turistas. En fin, muy buena la travesía y las excursiones junto a Sergio. Los hostales también los recomiendo, son una experiencia única y más si viajas con tus amistades o solo. Son ambientes muy juveniles, especialmente Wild Rover de Huacachina. Luego de Arequipa a Cusco fuimos con Perú Hop pero con otra guía. Aquí sí que no me gustó el lugar del almuerzo. Era un buffet a 40 soles, y aunque en dólares no pudiese parecer costoso, si estas buscando mantener tu viaje bajo presupuesto, pues sí se te sale del alcance porque pararon en un pueblo donde no había NADA salvo el lugar del buffet. Fuera de eso todo bien 🙂. Lo recomiendo al 100
