Some important points to consider

A few things worth knowing. The bus rides are long and they do not stop. Bring your food with you. Lunch stop was the Pisco distillery and the food was a bit of a rip off. $30 per person for a very underwhelming meal. If I did it again I'd bring a lunch. In Chaucachina the meet up point is the Wild Rover. It looks like a party hostel. We stayed overnight in Senoma Hotel, which is a 3 minute walk down the street. Very good restaurant there as well. Second day is basically 10 hours in the bus for a 30 minute flight. Seeing the Nazca lines was a bucket list item for me, so it was worth it. But know what you are signing up for. Lunch on second day you are on your own. Just down the street was Rico Pollo and it was great. 42 sol for half a chicken that few both of us, and it was delicious. They will give you link to buy food from Wild Rover to take on 4 hour ride back to Lima. Again, the price was high for marginal food. If possible get carryout somewhere else. We loved the trip, but felt like the food choices they pushed at the distillery and at Wild Rover were a bit of a rip off.

Excellent tour guide !

Our tour guide Julio Ceasar was excellent. He is so genuine and friendly, he makes such an effort to make sure we are informed & organised. JC always took time to chat to us on the bus and get to know us, he created a really good energy within the group. We have been traveling with Peru hop for a number of weeks and JC is the first tour guide that has made such a strong impression on my experience. (All guides have been lovely, but JC really stands out). We had so much fun in our activities too. The Paracas boat tour, the Pisco farm tour, and the sandboarding were so good! The way the bus times and tours line up made everything run so smoothly and meant we could do so much every day before moving onto our next stop.

Niesamowite połączenie morskiego świata i pustyni w jeden dzień. Najpierw wyprawa szybką łodzią gdzie można było zobaczyć lwy morskie, pingwiny, pelikany a nawet delfiny. Potem adrenalina i wielkie emocje tylko rosły po jeździe na buggy i zjeździe na desce po wydmach pustyni. Przyznam że się trochę bałem ale opiekunka grupy FIO dała z siebie tyle serca, zaangażowania i pozytywnej energii że można było tylko spojrzeć i od razu czuć się bezpiecznie. Takie wrażenie sprawiają tylko profesjonaliści. Dziękuję bardzo.

The trip went very well. Franklin was a great tour guide. It’s a tough job herding a bunch of tourists but he kept us together. Agenda and communication was very clear. It’s a long day that the tour was very transparent about the duration. It’s a great trip for someone who wants to see/do a lot but does not have much time.

Awesome 1 day Trip. Must Visit.

Amazing experience. Totally worth the price. Special shout out to our guide Franklin. He gave good information/recommendations for things to try in peru. Also the whole tour went smoothly. Everything was well managed and in time. The bus was comfortable , the food and pisco tasting was also fun. The most amazing part was the dune buggy ride and sand boarding in huacachina. And to end the evening with a pisco toast at sunset.

Fantastic way to explore outside the city

Had such a fun day, boat trip was so cool and the dune buggy was a blast. Watching the sunset on top of a sand dune was so amazing. Out your guide Aymeth was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Great and exciting tour

We had an amazing trip with Franklin. He explained everything very well and always had a smile on his face. We really enjoyed Paracas, seeing Dolphins, sea lions and Penguins. The buggy ride was also very fun and the sunset in the desert a perfect end to the day.

Everything was amazing, Aymeth was awesome and was really good to everyone. She made the trip enjoyable for everyone and was doing her best! Atmosphere was always fun. She spent the entire day with us with a full bus of 32 people. She is the best!

Franklin is the best guide we have ever seen!!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience but I definitely feel like Franklin (our tour guide) made it ten times better. I won’t lie, the bus ride is long but you get to do so many different activities and Franklin makes sure that you’re enjoying yourself the entire time. Amazingly clear on the communication and even after the trip ended he sent us recommendations on what to do in Peru and top places to visit. During the tour you’ll realize he is insanely knowledgeable about Peru culture/history and passionate about it too, not everyone has that you know. The tour ends on such a beautiful note, toasting to the sunset over the mountains of sand. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
