Perfect experience!
Una experiencia inolvidable, acompañada de Franklin, quien fue muy atento, cortés y profesional. Todo el tiempo se preocuparon por nosotros, los horarios perfectamente indicados, el transporte limpio, seguro y eficaz. En general nos llevamos una muy grata experiencia. A wonderful experience of a lifetime
It was an amazing experience something that will always remain in our memories. Our tour guide Deborah was the very thoughtful and meticulous, explaining everything in great detail even going beyond explaining good food entertainment and everything about each place. We were very lucky and happy to have Deborah as our tour guide.She made a great effort to enlighten everyone about the importance of all the sites we visited and answered all queries to the best of her knowledge. We had an absolutely incredible time on our PeruHop from Lima all the way to Cusco! The additional stops you get to experience as part of your ticket are so worthwhile- we loved our paracas national reserve tour, the slave tunnels were fascinating and the pisco tasting was so much fun! We’ve travelled for 3 months in South America and having all the stress of onward travel taken away is worth the $30 extra you pay than if you got public transport. That’s without counting any of the freebies, additional experiences etc that they also throw in! We had a cocktail in Lima, a trip up a viewing tower to see the Nazca lines and everything else above. An absolute bargain that made Peru such a wonderful part of our trip. A particular shout out to Ana who went out of her way to make our trip memorable: from shots at sunset in huacachina to helping me locate lost belongings in our previous hostel and helping me get them brought to our next stop (also shout out to Luis for actually going and getting my stuff and finding me in Arequipa!), Ana also then helped us arrange a convenient drop off location in Cusco within their drop off zone (our Airbnb was slightly further outside). She is knowledgable, fun and friendly and was a true professional whilst also knowing how to get a great social atmosphere at every stop. Thanks Ana, you’re a legend!

It was really fun my first guide was Ana than I had luis than I had Elmo they were great and gave enough info my favourite guide was Ana she was really fun and I had her the longest and she could always answer questions even over text when she wasn’t my guide anymore

It was a wonderful day tour. Everything was very well organized. Our guide Alvaro was amazing. He helped us when needed, kept us entertaining throughout. Please carry a rain coat because in the speed boat ride in paracas, the water is gonna splash. Plan your costume in such a way for Huacachina sandboarding that the sand doesn't go too much into your pockets. The weather was pleasant when we did that. wasn't too hot. Also carry a jacket. while returning after sunset, it's cold. If possible, I recommend to spend a night at Huacachina. it's a dream place to stay at.

Ivan our tour guide has been great, well organised and polite and has nothing to do with the 1 star we are giving to the excursion. Pick up at 6.30am and back at 10pm to La Paz, spent 80% of the time on a public transport. Mainly the bus, then a boat to and back from Copacabana and another boat to and back from Isla del Sol. We only had a couple of free hours in Copacabana and 1h only on the island. Rest of the time was on a bus or boat. Expensive trip nothing was included only the transports. In Copacabana we had 2 meals both horrible, no customer service, long wait and one of the place was recommended from the tour itself. Very uncomfortable trip back to La Paz. Won't recommend to spend a full day like this.

It was good profession trip. Frankie was excellent. No over commitment, well instructed. No compulsory tips which is very annoying these days.

Very well organised, highly recommended!
The trip with Peru Hop was really well organised so we could do a lot of cool activities in a short period of time. Our guide Lizbeth was amazing, she did not only do a great job organising the trip but also brought the right atmosphere. She was always very helpful with our questions for tours or gave us other great tips so we could sit back and relax and did not have to worry about anything. We joined Lisbeth’s group for 4 days and really liked the personal touch she gave to each of our itineraries. For the ones who were in for a drink in the evening she also created great opportunities. My only point of advise is to sometimes slow down a little bit like taking a little bit more time for lunch. I know it is not easy with a tight schedule, but 5 minutes here and there would already make a big difference. If Peru Hop allows the guides to do that, they deserve a perfect score.

Alvaro was an amazing guide! He was very clear, explained everything, was friendly, and patient with us. He was very communicative and we had an awesome tour! We saw penguins and sea lions - it was amazing. I highly recommend this experience and Alvaro as a guide.

A worthwhile experience
Franco, Anayeli, and Alvaro were great guides. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Franco was so patient and answered all of my questions. It was amazing how everything went so smoothly especially given all the moving parts of the trip. Bravo.
