My daughter loves coming here so we bought her an annual pass which stated on the website includes 1 adult admission every visit. Our first two visits with the pass I was never asked to pay a daily admission or purchase an annual pass. Suddenly, as of yesterday, I am told I will need to purchase myself an annual pass or pay a daily admission rate each visit despite my daughter having a yearly membership. I explained that I had already purchased this pass. If their policy changed for new memberships, that’s understandable. However, you cannot sell a membership stating one thing and change the terms in the middle of a contract. It is still listed on their website that 1 adult admission is included per visit with a child annual pass.

Why do parents have to pay to just stand there and watch their kids play? So an extra $30+ for what? Considered going here again but the extra cost for parents is ridiculous. Kids Empire in Troy is a great alternative and doesn't charge for parents, allows reentry and lasts all day! All things this place should learn from.

Staff was fantastic. We went with our 4, almost 5 year old and I would say that is right at the cutoff of being too old for the place. But it’s super cute!
