Pepper Pig is addictive for kids. That's the only reason I kept getting the membership for my daughters. They are not that expensive, around 30 USD per person; the actual problem is that every family member must have one, compared to other places for kids where only kids pay for their memberships. And TBH that is the fair stuff, since there is nothing there for the parents. So, in my case, for example, it would be 120 USD for 2 kids and 2 adults annual membership. It wouldn't be that bad if they let you bring your food because what they sell is the same garbage as anywhere else. Also, the place is lacking Maintenance; many parts don't work, like the train levers making sounds, the tow truck hoist, the Peppa house windows displays, etc (and they have been like that for months). And the place is normally full,... not like they have no income... Also, from this last. Access waiting time is commonly not that bad, it only gets bad during Holidays when the weather isn't the best to be outdoors. Another good point is that the facilities are clean, including the bathroom (which always works).

We visited Peppa Pig World on 6/28/25, and I was hugely disappointed as they still charge full price for an experience where half the stuff is broken or missing. Almost everything you can interact with was broken - the car wash no longer spins, and the buttons in all the cars have stopped working, the dirty mud section has a big yellow rope in front of the display (which is completely broken). All the picture frame screens in the house are off or broken. There is tape covering up things that got ripped or broken in the tree house. We have visited several times over the past few years and it does not look like they ever fix anything. Not to mention most of the items that the kids could play with are now missing- no food in the grocery store, most of the mail in the mail truck is now missing, and there are no items to build sandwiches in the house. For the amount that is charged everything should be in excellent condition. This used to be a really cool spot that my daughter loved, but this will undoubtedly be the last time we visit.

4 stars because of pricing and menu options. I brought my tickets online. They scanned it, gave wrist bands and peppa ears. Then we entered. The food truck menu was not what i was expecting. I was disappointed but my child was fine with her options. However, my toddler loved this place and said she wants to return everyday 😂. She saw peppa and did not care to take a picture with her because she wanted to go to Rebecca rabbit house😒. The experience for the child was awesome. Next is the theme park!

Editing to update- returned in June of 2025 because no one responds to inquiries about refunds and I figured I would give it one more shot- it was a mistake. Props to the VERY courteous and friendly staff that tried to enforce rules today. Something needs to be done at a corporate level about these hazards! The rope ladder was taped down. Spray paint and bad smells in the “store.” Hardly any of the screens were working, everything I saw last time was still broken plus extras- just in disrepair. I added photos for reference. We bought a pass for the second time. It’s made clear on the website at least one adult is included with each child/pass (as was the case with our last pass) but when we got there they charged my husband and I about 8.00/piece to get in. Said it’s a new policy and that’s that and what can you do when you’re standing there with a toddler? I’ve never seen a filthier play place. This wasn’t always this way. Half of the things are broken in the house, there’s crumbs all over the floor, stains everywhere. Staff used to lightly monitor with walkthrough and i would assume videos. Now it’s nothing- pre teens were running rampant through the entire place. Yes, it’s the parents job to watch them, but they were knocking over babies and toddlers. We had to leave because of this. As you can see by the photo I posted, the floors are filthy. My kids socks were ruined.

Took my 2 year old and we were both underwhelmed. Lol I was looking forward to the experience but there wasn't enough interactive items. Most items are just for visuals. The place did need some TLC. I believe this place is fairly new, but it could use some cleaning. On the bright side, we were able to meet the characters! The young lady that accompanied the characters was very professional! She handled a unattended and unruly toddler with ease! She remained calm, called for backup and continued to chat with the child until the mom came.

We visited a few times already. The first time was great because it was something new. Second time was good and the last few times have just been ehhhh. Admission is expensive especially when they charge All adults to enter. Why? There is literally nothing for the adults except follow their children around. So its pretty expensive when you have a family of 4 or 5 and parents have to pay. The floors and carpets are dirty and stained. The bathrooms are clean. This is a place the younger kids 2 & 3 year olds would love but for the older kids they get bored very quickly and there's not much for them to do but run around. They do have a little spot to order lunch from like pizza and mac n cheese. Again would be nice if they offered a package with admission for as much as they charge. Upon entrance they give you a barcode to take a picture but dont tell you that you have to purchase the picture. We always pass. They have a small shop upon exiting you can purchase Peppa pig merchandise from. Its what any peppa fan needs. Definitely check it out and form your own opinion it is a pretty cool place but my family will not visit again.

We got confused from theme park to this. This one is like a play area in the mall, the manager and staff were too good, Actually we are from Austin we told the manager we got confused from theme park to this he asked all the details and helped us to refund all the money I had paid

Why do you close entry more than two hours before you close? Pretty foolish. ETA: In response to your reply that you close entry two hours before close to allow for guests to have a fuller experience, I know. We were told no entry two and a half hours before you closed. Hence my original review stating "more than two hours" before you close. We had four very disappointed children with us because your staff chose not to follow your own stated policy.
