I had to take one star down (5 out of 6 only) because my bus driver was yelling at me and was underaged. The store manager wanted my money to buy lollipops for himself, how rude! My package got thrown at me from the delivery truck! Great place to spend a few hours, thank you!

Great attraction for kids , but strongly recommend that there should be increasing the operation management. Many kids are not wearing socks, shoes on for play area, riding bikes out of the required zone. It will be great to have staff walk around to check everyone on the safe and hygiene rules to keep all parents feel safe.

We have a membership here because my daughter loves it so much. It is perfect for toddlers and younger children. We love coming here during the week when it’s less busy.

This is a nicely kept play place and the staff was very friendly. There was not alot to do however. They have a movie, a couple of small play areas, and a decent café.

I didn’t k is this place existed but it’s so cute! So creative and has such potential. Unfortunately the whole place is filthy. The floors look like they’ve never been vacuumed. Hair and dirt everywhere, and we came right when they opened. It’s really such a bummer. Some stuff was well worn which is understandable but the dirt just isn’t. If that’s what you can see, how many germs are lingering. Yuck.

Drove an hour to visit this place for my two year-old and we get here at 3:40. They said they stop selling tickets at 3:30 and would not make an exception never coming back here again.

The inside feels like an episode of Squid Games. The floors, walls and obstacles are dirty and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint/general cleaning. They charge parents $12 to enter, but there’s nothing for parents to do except sit there (and not enough seating for that). They also charge for kids over 1 year old, but if you’re kid isn’t at least 2 or 3, then is place has nothing to offer them. This place is lame, lacking in excitement & downs really have much to do except a few play structures and tricycles. We won’t be coming back.

Cool play place for toddlers. Very intrigued by the setup, it's like being in the show itself. Even the older kids had a great time here. Attentive and positive attitudes from the front counter employees. We enjoyed every minute.

Place was okay bathroom was dirty smelled so bad the guy looked at us confused for some reason some spots of the play area was super dirty and also make sure when you buy something you don’t get charged more than the price I bought my daughter a backpack for $10 and next thing you know my card got charged $27 thank god I said something real quick to him even tho he looked at me like I was lying till i pointed it out acting all smart till they get called out and also to not mention a worker kept mean mugging whole time for no reason i expected more from the place cause of the prices but its a place I wouldn’t return.

My daughter has a pass here and we love to come all the time. I notice it’s always clean and constantly see friendly staff disinfecting. Kamaya was especially kind and helpful with me checking us in the last time I was there. She was very sweet to my daughter.
