Great safe place for the kiddos to play while I relax

As annual pass holders, we've visited Peppa Pig World many times. On numerous occasions, we've arrived just after 5 pm and have always been kindly allowed entry, with staff reassuring us that "pass holders don't need to worry about the 5 pm admission cut-off." Today, we drove 40 minutes and arrived at 5:15 pm, only to be completely refused entry. The manager informed us that the policy has changed. I understand that policies can change, but here is the truly shocking part: there is NO mention of this policy change anywhere on their website or official communications. When I pointed this out, the manager simply said "Yes" and just stared at us, offering no solution, no apology, and no empathy. This is not just about the policy; it's about the stunningly poor customer service. To watch our children's faces fall from excitement to utter disappointment, and to have the manager offer nothing but a cold, unhelpful stare, is unbelievable. We wasted our time, petrol, and most importantly, our children's happiness due to their complete failure to communicate. A terrible, disappointing experience from a place that should be about creating joy for families. We will seriously be reconsidering our annual passes.

We came here only because our daughter loves Peppa Pig. We had tickets for 3:30 PM for four people. At the entrance, they immediately said that entry was closed unless you had tickets. We showed ours and were allowed in, along with a few other visitors. Inside, it was quite dirty. My daughter wanted to buy something at the kiosk, but it turned out to be closed, which made no sense since the play area itself was still operating. By 4:30 PM, when we were basically the only family left but the kids still wanted to play, the staff kept giving us uncomfortable looks as if we were being pushed to leave. On top of that, the price is extremely overpriced for what is offered. Charging the same full price for parents makes no sense at all, especially considering the limited experience. Overall, the visit was disappointing, and we won’t be coming back.

Setup 10/10 - lots of places for parents to sit and still be able to see their little ones Price - 10/10 Excellent value for the ticket prices Spent a little more than 1 hour and my kid had a blast while the older ones were shopping at the mall. Wish they had a First Responder Discount

For a place filled with little booger filled snot rockets! It was a great time and highly recommend if your a single father raising daughters on his own.! Save yourself a lot of time and buy tickets ahead of time too. You can thank me later

My son loves to come to Peppa Pig world. The price is a little expensive, but the kids seem to really enjoy the variety of spaces and things to do. The furnirure and pads are really worn, which is understandable. However, it needs to be deep-cleaned badly. The carpeting and vinyl flooring is very dirty.

They don't take cash, had to run back to my car from inside the mall! Also, it was freezing in there!. If you have your shoes off the whole time like I did, instead of taking them on and off because some areas are carpet and some are not, your feet will freeze. They sell food and drinks inside too.

Every time my 4-year-old twins and I visit the Peppa Pig Park—and as annual pass holders, we’re there often—Nicole is the person who consistently makes our experience stand out. She goes above and beyond without ever being asked.
