Some little girl got kidnapped by a man from here recently and they found her later in another part of the mall hopefully she wasn't molested,this never made the news and they didn't tell anyone about it WATCH YOUR CHILD

I went with both my kids and husband, my kids loved it and overall they had an amazing time…. But as our first time we had the worse first impression from staff… we got there and there was 5 people standing by the cashier, not a single person welcomed us or asked if we needed tickets. So I proceeded to show the girl ( a short girl with black hair not sure if she was Hispanic but she looked Hispanic) pictures of our tickets she started scanning with the worse attitude and she was looking at my kids like if she was annoyed of them. She didn’t explain anything or talked to me (like I said it was our first time going) when it was time to take our picture she just kept looking at us with this nasty face. Like girl if you don’t like kids crying or screaming go and find yourself another job bc this is not the place to be giving parents attitude bc of how kids act, you never know if a kid has a disability or not.

My daughter got bored after 30 minutes because she gets scared of slides. I thought there would be a lot more to do for the amount I paid. Disappointed is an understatement. Edit: Changing this to 1 star because I attempted to contact the owners 3 times and never got a response.

Great play area for my toddler. The peppa pig world really comes to life! There are even loose toy objects spread around like mail, shopping lists, and toy produce that the kids can carry around. My toddler figured out the mail and packages belong in the mail truck, shopping lists in the grocery, and toy produce could be brought into the house to make sandwiches. It was awesome seeing her brain make connections while running around to bring the objects to the right places. Would recommend a weekday, as the weekends seemed really packed and crowded.

We had a great experience at Peppa Pig World of Play in Schaumburg. It’s a fun indoor playground designed for young kids.The themed areas like Peppa’s house, the school bus, and the muddy puddle activity were very interactive and kept the kids entertained for hours. The place is clean and safe, and the staff were friendly.

I have never left a review before and we love peppa pig world but when we visited a few days ago the place was verryyyyyy dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time possibly a week or so. Alot of the play areas were also dusty and gross. I was hesitant to let my youngest crawl around but he was very persistent so I let him for a few minutes, making sure to apply lots of hand sanitizer, and the following day he had noro virus. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence. At one point he found a dirty bandaid on the floor which I get can happen but it was just the cherry on top for how filthy the place was. The staff was very kind and we want to visit again but really hoping they step up the cleaning game, was making it hard to enjoy.
