I bought yearly passes. One of the codes they gave me didn't work. There was no way to contact anyone. My phone if you have any problems so if you get passes do them before you leave. It's really irritating. I live almost an hour away and I have to go back down there within a week to get it fixed

Oh my goodness my kids LOVED IT so much, its a week later since we visited and theyre still talking about it! Peppa came out and danced and greeted all the children. The staff was so friendly and sweet to the children. The front desk needs help. There was one young boy doing tickets and the line was wrapped around the outside and we were just wanting to purchase our gift shop items and had to wait. The little food truck has simple things like nuggets, pizza and nachos with basic snacks and drinks. Nothing delicious but sustainable for children who work up an appetite from playing. Your family will love the experience!

Was okay, felt kind of dirty and was weird that kids needed to take their shoes off but adults didnt, I feel everyone should have to for cleanliness and adults not stepping on kids. Also lack of places to sit, people just layed stuff on tables and walked around, so if you wanted to eat, I guess you're standing, def make cubies or something for people and not have strollers allowed in, everything was lack of space with people's strollers and belongings.
