This was a fantastic tour. From the moment we entered the helicopter to the moment we got back, the tour was awesome and breathtaking. I thoroughly recommend doing this tour of your want to visit the Grand Canyon and the Vegas strip.
Product: Grand Canyon Helicopter Landing Tour with Vegas Strip
Let me start with the good! The tour through the canyon was beautiful to say the least and our pilot Fredrick was very informative and professional! My displeasure started 50 minutes before our flight when I received a call telling me, not asking me that I would be moved from the 3PM to the 4PM flight. I had driven 3.5 hours to be there half an hour early as requested. The explanation from Papillon was that the flight had not filled up and they would not fly without 4 passages, understandable but I reminded them that I had booked 3 weeks earlier they should have called sooner than 50 minutes prior to lift off. I explained I was not happy and had dinner reservations after and the timing was critical to my days plans. The staff member I spoke with agreed to call in other customers in for an earlier departure. When I arrived 40 minutes prior to my flight we were checked, in along with a tour bus of customers and all shown the safety video together. When I asked about my request for front row seats when I made my reservation 3 weeks ago they said it would be reviewed before flight time. I had figured if they didn't have enough customers for the flight that should be a no brainer. When I came out of the video a second bus of people had come in, checked in and watched the safety video. Around 2:50PM what looked like both tour groups were called and boarded a helicopter while I waited with my daughter for our 3PM flight, there was no 3PM flight. At 3PM there was not a helicopter for the tour we picked on property and ready to leave. At 3:20 we boarded a helicopter for a beautiful tour of the canyon with a different family of three. . My daughter luckily had a front seat, I did not though. A little upsetting based on the 50$ a seat upgrade on what should have been an empty flight based on what I was told by Pappilon. Would have been great to enjoy the experience with her, not from the second row. I understand this is a small delay and I dint get the upgrade I requested, however I feel Papillon did not do a great job communicating what was happening. I believe we were bumped by the bigger tour groups and lied to by staff when they tried to blame this mix up on under booking when clearly the 3PM flights were very booked, over booked if you will, Then again not told the truth about departure time when I put resistance into the delay to a later fight. Excellent helicopter ride for my family of 5. Only down side was the person sat on the far right near the window won’t see any of the strip. We thought when the helicopter turned round to head back that those seated on that side would get a view of the strip, sadly this wasn’t the case. Enjoyable trip non the less. About ten minutes altogether.

The wife had a conference for work in Vegas. She asked if I wanted to go with her. I said, "Sure, as long as we took a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon". I booked the most expensive tour they had with Papillon Helicopters. The wife and I were excited to go. We planned our last day in Vegas around a memorable trip after she worked hard all week. 10 minutes after I called to confirm our reservation, I get a text message that our flight was pulled. We were literally waiting outside of our hotel for the shuttle when this happened. After more phone calls and frustration getting our money back from their vendor, our evening was shot! We found out that this company is known for canceling appointments. We were on the last flight for the day, so no chance for rescheduling since we were leaving the next morning. Warning, don't count on paying top dollar for the best service/experience with this carrier.

On the day of my booking, bad weather was forecast for the time my flight was scheduled (4:00 p.m.). I sent an email asking to move the flight to the morning, pointing out the poor weather forecast. I was told this was not possible and that the forecast was not bad. 30 minutes before my flight, I was called and informed that it was being cancelled due to bad weather.

Experience was great. But wouldn’t book through you guys ever again. Next time book directly with the company. I paid for 30 min flight instead of 15 min and got the 15 min flight experience at the price of the 30 min. Very frustrating. Overall great experience

Não consegui comunicação com a empresa para me buscar no hotel depois disso resolvi pegar um Uber e para o local indicado no aplicativo na metade do caminho me ligaram falando que o lugar de embarque tinha mudado que eu tinha 30 minutos para chegar neste no endereço tive um custo adicional de $ 98 a mais para este evento sem contar como foi tenso
