The best experience ever. The day was my friend and i were supposed to fly there were some cancellations and since my friend and i were the last ones to arrive we had to reschedule or ride for the next day. Ms. Ana Cruz was so helpful, rebooked everything for next day, upgraded us to sit in the front seats for free and gave a gift even though we didnt complain. The next evening when we walked in, Ms. Cruz was there with big smile, and very welcome. She even offered to take a picture for me of my friend and myself. She really made us feel special. AAA+ service.

It seems like they fly at high speed and low altitude over the Best Western hotel and the folks camping in the adjacent National Forest on purpose. It seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to avoid strafing the campers, and it would be safer. Watching them blast by overhead at top speed and low altitude does not make me want to ride on one, that's for sure.

We really enjoyed the helicopter tour on the North. It is one more beautiful way to discover the canyon. The tour cost $169 (peak-off season) for a 30-minute flight. The standard helicopter fit 5/6 passengers (4/5 face-to-face in the back, one in front cabin with pilot). I had the chance to be in the front cabin. What a great experience ! Reservation highly recommended.

Awesome experience.. jolly good pilot who looks like Fernando Alonso.. very professional and friendly.. overall a lifetime experience which is highly recommended. The only negative thing about the whole package was the drive to the site.. the lady driving the shuttle service bus was not friendly at all, and rather condescending towards my wife and me. Even though we had a printout of our itinerary, she was rude when the confirmation number on it did not correspond with her paperwork. That is not our fault, but the company's. Would seriously recommend someone in management to have a talk with her. She's damaging the overall professionalism of this company and experience. Otherwise.. a big thumbs up guys.. happy and safe flying...

Amazing tour ! Great pilots ! But beware they make you wait forever for return bus. Huge bus they wait until full. Almost an hour wait sitting on a bus with no one telling us any info. I ask staff when we were leaving and got ignored. Non friendly system to get us back.

We were visiting LA for a couple of weeks from the UK and as we were so close (compared to normal) I really wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We looked at our options and given we didn't want to spend ages travelling around on our vacation we decided that a helicopter to the canyon was the way to go, and boy were we right! We drove from LA to Boulder Airport in around 4 hours. The weather was dubious and we had no time to spare if we needed to reschedule, we had only booked a hotel for one night in Vegas so it was now or never. The staff who saw us in were super helpful, they explained about the uncertain weather conditions and were more than happy to try and rebook us if we didn't want to take a chance, but hey, we were heading to Vegas so it's only right to take a gamble right?! Our gamble paid off, the storms blew through and after a ride of 30-45 minutes in the chopper we were setting foot in the base of the Grand Canyon. It was awesome! The views were superb, we stayed on the canyon floor for around 30 minutes where we were free to explore as we saw fit. Most of our group stayed in the shaded areas but we hiked up as high as we could get and got some amazing panoramic photos. I couldn't have asked for a better canyon experience. Upon our return home some friends asked me if we had done the Canyon Skywalk. I just laughed and told them we flew past it on our way to the bottom. This tour really does blow any other offering out of the water. It may cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for here. I've done a helicopter tour of Manhattan which was around the same price but for a trip of maybe 10 miles or so in 20 minutes so trust me when I tell you this is good value. You spend over an hour in the air and the desert landscape really is breathtaking. Out of all the things we saw and did in LA and Vegas on our vacation for me the helicopter tour was easily the best. I'll never forget it until the day I die.
