Worth every penny. After arriving at the Grand Canyon yesterday and having a visit and it was amazing this helicopter tour was the icing on the cake. if you can afford it don't hesitate it is a MUST do.

Birthday present success
I took my husband for his 40th Birthday. Ally was our pilot and knowledgeable and awesome. Great choice in music too. The ride was smooth but for people who get motion sickness or do not realize that drinking all night and Vegas heat might want to remember to take a nausea meds or keep that vomit bag close.

Stellar Show - Sour VIP Bad Witch Experience
The Wizard of Oz show and venue was fabulous. The effects were immersive and I felt like I was there. I look forward to other movies being adapted to being played in The Sphere. However, where it went south was the premium Bad Witch VIP Experience. The rest is an account of the failure which could all be avoided and be improved upon by the Sphere. For background the Bad Witch VIP Experience includes expedited/early entry, food and beverage (beer & wine included) at the Delta 360 Club, exclusive behind-the-scenes of Oz, limited-edition poster, and premium seating. Our experience: The Bad Witch VIP Experience soured what should have been a good memory of an evening celebrating my wife’s birthday. To start, there was no signage for the VIP entry despite the abundance of TV monitors that only displayed the way to ride shares for patrons who had not yet exited the Sphere for the in progress show. The website marketing implied that patrons would receive “expedited entry” and be able to enter 90 minutes prior to the show, supposedly 15 minutes before the general ticket holders. In our case, we made it through the security check at 50 minutes before showtime – a 40-minute difference. This led to the VIP experience being rushed and memorable (in a bad way). Getting beverages at the bar in the Delta 360 Club caused additional delay because all the VIP patrons entered at the same time. There was not enough time to enjoy a glass of wine or beer, hors d’oeuvres, and a dessert in only 25 minutes because we were herded out of the Delta 360 Club 15 minutes prior to showtime. We missed the behind-the-scenes portion due to the compressed time, an exclusive feature only available with the Bad Witch VIP experience. Couples received the same the limited-edition poster even though there are three variations. The VIP experience comes with a $25 credit on each ticket. The credit disappeared after the show and was not usable; however, we appreciated the grace the merch staff manager showed us granting us full credit for merchandise. Lastly, the cost versus value of the Bad Witch Experience were not in alignment. VIP experience should be a curated, high-level service, offering exclusive access, premium treatment, and personalized amenities beyond standard options. All of these VIP essentials were missing. If The Sphere had allowed the full 90 minutes or more for early entry, the experience could have been memorable (in a good way). There would have been enough time to enjoy the food, beverages and to locate the VIP and behind-the-scenes entry all leading to a curated, high-level service, offering exclusive access, premium treatment, and personalized amenities beyond standard options – a VIP experience.

I'm terrified of flying but Dylan our pilot was amazing he is superb at his job, made me relax and was an excellent tour guide. Had the best experience!
