PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS! ON OTHER SITES, REVIEWS BELOW ARE FROM "LOCAL GUIDES" incorrect, untrue and paid for! Seats are assigned by "computer" and at companies sole discretion and last minute, that means nothing you can do about it! 66% of clients will be the paying cattle in the back: squeezed into seats, without view, without service ( only passengers in the front receive help with climbing into the helicopter, buckling in, headphones etc ) and as the pilots doesn't know much about the Grand Canyon, he will have a private conversation with the person next to him, which everybody on board must listen to as the headphones cannot be adjusted to mute. RUN!
