A real experience - Grand Canyon from the air and ground.
Well organised flight, Boulder airport is a 30 min drive out of Las Vegas. The pilot Mitch was friendly, informative and professional. The scenery over the Hoover Dam and then flying into the Grand Canyon was marvellous, setting down in the Canyon and then walking around the landing area, experiencing the majesty of the canyon walls rising above you. A real experience.

Excellent experience. Actually better than anticipated. Beautiful country, great helicopter and pilot. Flying over the Lake Powell area is awesome and landing on Tower Butte was the icing on the cake. Incredible views!

We booked a helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon as a family of three. What should have been a great experience turned into frustration and wasted time. When we arrived, they told us we had to be split up because of weight distribution. That did not make sense to us. There were many different types of people on the flight and we are not unusually heavy. There were other groups of four or five who could easily have been split into two and two or three and two. Instead, they chose to split our group of three so that one person had to sit alone. At first they said sitting in the front costs 60 dollars extra. We did not want that because my dad is very afraid of flying and was already doing this for us despite his fear. Later they suddenly told us we had to sit in the front because of weight distribution. First they wanted my mom and me together and my dad alone. When we explained that he cannot sit alone because of his fear, they changed it again. Then suddenly I was alone and my parents were together. That clearly shows it was not really about weight, but about poor organization. The communication was not respectful. The staff spoke in an aggressive way. The message was simple, accept it or you cannot go. They did not listen to our explanation or concerns. They did call us in advance about our weights. That is why it makes even less sense that everything was handled so chaotically on site. If the seating arrangement was fixed, they could have clearly explained that during the phone call so we knew what to expect. Because of the constant seat changes, the contradictory explanations and the way we were treated, we decided not to go on the flight. It was a big disappointment.

The flight out to the Canyon was incredible. But we literally spent 12 minutes on the ground. Pretty dissatisfied.

No me avisaron previamente que tenia que pagar 30 dlls por cada persona aparte de lo ya cobrado en línea, pedí champagne y no me quisieron dar que porque el paquete no lo incluía, le dije véndemelo era una fecha importante y no aceptaron; llegando al museo no encontraban la reserva y tardamos en entrar

Shout out to Evan who was a great pilot, very hospitable and friendly! Unfortunately we couldn’t access any cash so couldn’t tip him, however we hope this review helps somehow. The Canyon was amazing, although the food could be a little better, what an amazing experience!

The weather was beautiful our guide Ally was wonderful. It’s a short 30 min stop inside the canyon. Needs to be longer so you can walk around , take pics and then enjoy your snack. Overall I would do it again.
