I booked a trip with these guys a month before my Vegas trip, also called them 24hrs prior to confirm date time location. On the day of trip I waited outside my hotel at location provided by them for almost a hour and no one showed up. I called them and was told they canceled all flights for that day because of the snow In Grand Canyon. But this company didnt have the decency to call me that morning or some kind of notice so I could change plans. Thank you for messing up my trip.
