See this plane right here, I hope you are excited because you just might not get to ride it. That was my experience. You see we booked the the earliest flight in the morning. That was moved back because there wasn’t enough people okay understandable. Rescheduled to 7:45 or something close to it. We get there early, check in, and wait for our flight. Time to board the flight but nothing is happening. Ten minutes pass, we ask the staff and they inform there is maintenance issues going on. 30 minutes in still the same issue. Hour later still the same issue. One hour and fifteen minutes it seems that we can finally see the light they are calling for the flight but it’s for the next bunch of people not the group that stuck around during the maintenance issues. We literally had to ask was is going on several times and they didn’t even tell us that we weren’t going to be able to make it on the flight. They waited until the possible moment to inform people who have already wasted their time for an hour and a half. This ultimately reflects there failure to communicate to their patrons.

We had a fantastic ride and would highly recommend this company for the trip into the Grand Canyon. Grace was our pilot and was very experienced. This was our friends first time with a helicopter ride but the ride was so smooth and Grace put them at easy. She narrated the tour perfectly. Thank you Grace for making the flight the highlight of our trip.
