All over positive experience from pick up to drop off and our night helicopter ride over the city of Las Vegas. The package I booked included a glass of champagne on arrival. On arrival, they will also offer you upgrade, Should you want to sit in the front seat where you have the best unobstructed views. I opted in for this option and paid $30 extra to get the best seat. They do not pick up at all hotels so this is the only reason I gave them four stars because I had to walk a good distance just to go get picked up and walk again from that point at drop off.

A very busy day but well organised so no waiting around. All staff were proffessional we felt safe in the plane, helicopter and boat. Fantastic views of the canyon. A wonderful experience

Set alarm to wake up early to catch the bus. After the bus showed up 10 minutes late. It took over an hour to reach the airport. 30 minutes after waiting at the airport and buying stuff in the gift shop we were told the plane had maintenance and wouldnât be able to fly today. I asked repeatedly if there would be any type of compensation (besides a refund) for taking up an entire half day of our trip and was told there was nothing they could do. It is alarming that they wouldnât figure out there were maintenance issues until that close to our flight. Not sure how this companyâs service has been historically, but as of June 1, 2026 I would avoid them completely. There are other options available that I would explore.

The flight itself lasted about 8 minutes, including the time spent on the ground preparing for takeoff. Considering the price we paid, it was quite short. I had expected a more special experience, but it wasn't as impressive as I had imagined. The transfer process was very good, but honestly, I wasn't very happy with the flight.

Fabulous helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon! Very well run business. Everyone is very friendly and our pilot David was great! Absolutely recommend Papillon Helicopters.

This was an awesome experience! Our pilot knew facts about the Grand Canyon and was an excellent pilot. It was a very windy day but you could not tell in our flight. Would recommend to everyone and would recommend the longer tour!

Superbe expérience le vol en hélicoptÚre du grand Canyon. Je trouve le tarif toutefois un peu élevé pour 30mn de vol. Sinon top !!!

Suosittelen! Varasin aluksi toisenlaisen kierroksen jota ensin myöhÀistettiin ja pÀivÀÀ myöhemmin peruttiin. Suosittelen siis ottamaan kierroksen heti kun saavut Vegasiin. Maisemat olivat upeita. Matkan kokonaiskesto hotellilta takaisin hotelliin oli tosin lÀhemmÀs 5h eikÀ 4h kuten kuvauksessa (jos teet suunnitelmia kierroksen jÀlkeen.) LentÀjÀ oli todella ystÀvÀllinen ja maisemat ikimuistoisia.
