Everything was perfect except the directions. The helicopter and boat rides were awesome. Staff was super friendly and considerate. Didn't give 5 stars because: - I never received a confirmation email. - When i called about it the agent was very polite but knew nothing about instructions - I googled how to get to GC West , and once I arrived there were no signs for Papillon. I had to inquire at thd visitors center to learn where that the Papillion terminal was across the street. There's more but you get the picture. If you take this tour ask questions beforehand.l!!!

My friend and i were celebrating our birthday week in Vegas and we bought tickets for the Grand Canyon helicopter tour. The tour was really good, nice views, clean C130s, good pilot. You will get what you pay for. Nothing more, nothing less.

Highly recommend! Great way to see the Grand Canyon. Papillon tours was safe and our pilot was very knowledgeable. Had one issue with my headphones not working so I couldn’t ask questions. Others on our flight asked a lot of questions so it worked out. I took Dramamine prior to flight because I get sea sick easily. Pilot did a great job flying smoothly so I had no issues.

Wonderful professional flight. Our pilot Matthew was an excellent tour guide with lots of interesting history and facts about Hoover Dam, Native American lands, Lake Meade, etc. Safety was clearly a priority with Matthew and the Papillon Helicopters. Highly recommend this tour.
