Fantastic, im sure some people get problems thats why they have a few negative reviews but for us it was amazing, very well organised from start to finish and worth every penny. Our pilot was Jennifer and she is fantastic at her job, our guide at the skywalk Kim was outstanding and a true gentleman. Many thanks to all involved and well deserving of 5 stars, if i had to complain of anything it would be the miserable and unhelpful driver at the pickup, rude and not helping this company keep a good name....

My wife Carolyn and I had a terrific time. It was windy when we had our flight but it truly was a great flight. Would I do again? Definitely yes. Pilots were great explaining everything and all your questions. The Shuttle driver to Skywalk was very knowledgeable and caring about everyone's experience.

Was wir aber erlebten, war eher traurig... wir wurden auf den Helikopter aufgeteilt. Und erhielten Sitze hinten (Fenster und Mitte rechts). Da war die Stimmung erst mal im Keller. Denn als wir die weiteren Flugpassagiere sahen, fiel auf, dass es nicht an der Gewichtsverteilung lag! Alle Gäste im Helikopter (Ohne Ausnahme!) hatten ähnliche Gewichte. Die Gäste, die die Vordersitze erhielten, hatten diese nicht einmal gebucht und keinen Aufpreis bezahlt. Für uns ist es unerklärlich, dass wir die zweiten Gäste waren, ein Upgrade erbitten und dieses auch bezahlen wollen und dann solche Plätze ergattern. Für die Flugsicherheit haben wir Verständnis - aber an der Gewichtsverteilung kann es auf keinen Fall gelegen haben! Wir wären auch gern bereit gewesen, in einen anderen Helikopter zu steigen - denn auch dort gab es teilweise Helikopter bei denen keiner der Gäste ein Upgrade auf Vordersitze buchte. Der Grand Canyon selbst war wunderschön und atemberaubend. Aber die Tatsache, dass einer von uns in der Mitte saß und nicht so viel sehen konnte, hat das Erlebnis sehr getrübt.
