Fantastic, im sure some people get problems thats why they have a few negative reviews but for us it was amazing, very well organised from start to finish and worth every penny. Our pilot was Jennifer and she is fantastic at her job, our guide at the skywalk Kim was outstanding and a true gentleman. Many thanks to all involved and well deserving of 5 stars, if i had to complain of anything it would be the miserable and unhelpful driver at the pickup, rude and not helping this company keep a good name....

My wife Carolyn and I had a terrific time. It was windy when we had our flight but it truly was a great flight. Would I do again? Definitely yes. Pilots were great explaining everything and all your questions. The Shuttle driver to Skywalk was very knowledgeable and caring about everyone's experience.

Since we were absolutely thrilled with the Grand Canyon, we decided to upgrade to the front seats on-site, despite the extra cost, as this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. So we drove to the airport extra early and were the second guests there. We booked the front seats with the friendly woman at reception. We were told to come back later to pay if we actually got the front seats. We know that you don't have a "right" to them based on the weight distribution in the plane. Finally, many more guests arrived and checked in. What we experienced, however, was rather disappointing... We were divided among the helicopter passengers and given seats in the back (window and middle right). Our spirits immediately soured. When we saw the other passengers, it became clear that it wasn't due to weight distribution! All the guests in the helicopter (without exception!) were of similar weight. The passengers who got the front seats hadn't even booked them or paid an extra fee. It's inexplicable to us that we were the second passengers, requested an upgrade, were willing to pay for it, and then ended up with such seats. We understand the need for flight safety – but it certainly couldn't have been due to weight distribution! We would have gladly boarded a different helicopter – because there were some helicopters where none of the passengers had booked an upgrade to front seats. The Grand Canyon itself was beautiful and breathtaking. But the fact that one of us was stuck in the middle and couldn't see much really spoiled the experience. Also fuhren wir extra zeitig zum Flughafen und waren dort die zweiten Gäste. Wir buchten bei der netten Dame am Empfang die Vordersitze. Man sagte uns, dass wir später zum bezahlen kommen sollten, wenn wir die Vordersitze tatsächlich erhalten haben. Dass man keinen „Anspruch“ auf Grund der Gewichtsverteilung im Flieger hat, das wissen wir. Abschließend kamen noch viel viel mehr Gäste, die eincheckten. Was wir aber erlebten, war eher traurig... wir wurden auf den Helikopter aufgeteilt. Und erhielten Sitze hinten (Fenster und Mitte rechts). Da war die Stimmung erst mal im Keller. Denn als wir die weiteren Flugpassagiere sahen, fiel auf, dass es nicht an der Gewichtsverteilung lag! Alle Gäste im Helikopter (Ohne Ausnahme!) hatten ähnliche Gewichte. Die Gäste, die die Vordersitze erhielten, hatten diese nicht einmal gebucht und keinen Aufpreis bezahlt. Für uns ist es unerklärlich, dass wir die zweiten Gäste waren, ein Upgrade erbitten und dieses auch bezahlen wollen und dann solche Plätze ergattern. Für die Flugsicherheit haben wir Verständnis - aber an der Gewichtsverteilung kann es auf keinen Fall gelegen haben! Wir wären auch gern bereit gewesen, in einen anderen Helikopter zu steigen - denn auch dort gab es teilweise Helikopter bei denen keiner der Gäste ein Upgrade auf Vordersitze buchte. Der Grand Canyon selbst war wunderschön und atemberaubend. Aber die Tatsache, dass einer von uns in der Mitte saß und nicht so viel sehen konnte, hat das Erlebnis sehr getrübt.
