A very well run slick operation. Everything went like clockwork. Including picking up and dropping off at our hotel. Josh out pilot was very professional, informative and gave us a great flight. A fantastic, enjoyable day out. I’d highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍

Both were excellent, honestly. They are very professional. The plane tour took place on a morning with quite strong winds (they warned us beforehand; if we didn't want to fly, they would change the date or refund our money), however, the pilot and his companion handled it very well; the less-than-ideal weather was barely noticeable. Highly recommended. Ambos muy buenos sinceramente. Son muy profesionales. El viaje en avioneta se hizo en una mañana con vientos bastante fuertes (lo advirtieron antes, si no querías volar te cambiaban la fecha o te reintegraban el dinero), sin embargo el piloto y su acompañante lo manejaron muy bien, prácticamente no se notó el clima no muy favorable. Muy recomendable.

First off- place is extremely easy to find. Its about 20 minutes drive from Grand Canyon Village or about 5 min from anywhere in Tusayan. Parking is ample. Check-in: Smooth as expected and staff is very friendly and share with you what all you can do while you wait for your flight Boarding: Ground crew helpfully and politely guides you to your seat (you cannot just sit wherever you want for weight distribution reasons) Flight: Worth every penny! I don't have to tell you that the views were spectacular since that's what you paid for. Added bonus - funny and chatty pilot, music in the helicopter for the few min until we're over the canyon, voiceover guidance once above the canyon.

See this plane right here, I hope you are excited because you just might not get to ride it. That was my experience. You see we booked the the earliest flight in the morning. That was moved back because there wasn’t enough people okay understandable. Rescheduled to 7:45 or something close to it. We get there early, check in, and wait for our flight. Time to board the flight but nothing is happening. Ten minutes pass, we ask the staff and they inform there is maintenance issues going on. 30 minutes in still the same issue. Hour later still the same issue. One hour and fifteen minutes it seems that we can finally see the light they are calling for the flight but it’s for the next bunch of people not the group that stuck around during the maintenance issues. We literally had to ask was is going on several times and they didn’t even tell us that we weren’t going to be able to make it on the flight. They waited until the possible moment to inform people who have already wasted their time for an hour and a half. This ultimately reflects there failure to communicate to their patrons.

We had a fantastic ride and would highly recommend this company for the trip into the Grand Canyon. Grace was our pilot and was very experienced. This was our friends first time with a helicopter ride but the ride was so smooth and Grace put them at easy. She narrated the tour perfectly. Thank you Grace for making the flight the highlight of our trip.
