My significant other and I took our 12 and 13 year olds on a 30 min. flight over the south rim of the Grand Canyon on October 24th, 2020. Our flight was at 3pm. It was a beautiful day, a little windy. Even with the extra pandemic precautions, the check in process was simple and quick. Staff was super pleasant. We got on our helicopter right on time. Our Pilot, Tim, was also very pleasant and knowledgeable, funny and professional. Even with a little wind and turbulence our flight was absolutely amazing. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking from up above it. My 13 year old is afraid of heights and was really nervous but even he loved this experience! We would definitely recommend flying with Papillon if you get the chance!

We loved this and what a.special way to see the Grand Canyon. Papillon airport facilities are very nice while you wait. Our pilot (Jason) was friendly and top notch. The helicopter was comfortable and fun. It's a slurge but so worth it.

We did the Las Vegas flyover of the strip and I am speechless!!! Amazing time and I highly recommend doing this if you can.

grate team here doing a great job. Had an amazing flight over the canyon. The pilot carried on and did everything he could even when one of our kids was really (motion) sick. Awesome work

I was pretty disappointed. The helicopter flies very high and you don't get to choose the front seat even at a price. Basically like having your plane fly over it..

I have had the same flight with another company that was much better. Paid for limo to and from and then when time to come back no one wanted to take us back downtown.

Although we had a 3 hour delay due to Biden (👎🏼) flying into their Las Vegas location... the experience was amazing. I would recommend this anyone regardless If you are afraid of heights or flying. It’s one off the bucket list. We also had a female pilot which was very cool. Highly recommend!!!!!

This was one of the most exhilarating adventures I (we've) ever experienced. Viewing the Canyon from the edges by foot is amazing enough, but doesn't even compare to the experience you get from above. We highly recommend this experience to anyone going to the Grand Canyon. The only recommendation would be to make the ride just a bit longer. Seemed it took a long time to get to the Canyon and a long time coming back. The 25-30 timeframe should start when you actually reach the edge of the Canyon. But, still well worth it. Oh, and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional.
