Everything about the experience was first class. The view from the helicopter over the dam and Grand Canyon was breathtaking! If you are thinking about booking....just do it! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful. Excellent service. I was initially very afraid of the helicopter tour. I thought I was going to spend the whole trip completely miserable. That could not have been further from my experience. The ride was smooth with no "roller-coaster" like stomach drops. Absolutely pleasant and well worth the fee.

Ryan was our pilot and explained everything good. Everyone on our trip from both drivers to the lady at the counter were both very friendly and the the pickups were on time. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

From the first phone call everything was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We took the 30 minute tour during the day and it was very much worth it especially if you haven't been to the canyong before or have someone with you that hasn't. Even with decent wind the flight itself was top notch and provided some amazing views and photos.

This is the best way to see the Grand Canyon! You can see so much more than just going to the GC National Park. This place was professional and on time. The ride was smooth, informative, and breath taking beautiful! This was the best thing we did when we went to Las Vegas.

Highlight of our trip to AZ! Spectacular scenery and the absolute best way to see the Grand Canyon. It was a splurge for us but we are so glad we did it. Great pilot and very organized process.

The limousine driver that picked us up from our hotel was very rushed and drove irridically. He actually tossed a women from her seat during the return ride by his driving. There were opened and half drank bottles of water left in the limousine and it didn't look to be too well cleaned.. Then when we got to the aviation place the staff was rude and had no customer service skills. Then when we were in the helicopter we got an 8:37 minute flight not the 15 to 20 minutes promised when we paid for it. Our captain was decent but over all I was not at all impressed with the experience. They charged us 50 dollars for a comfort seat than put me right beside him so the comfort seat wasn't for his comfort. It wasn't worth the money spent and we will never do it again.

Trip to the Grand Canyon. Company picked us up at our hotel . Took a small airplane to the Grand Canyon . Helicopter took us down to the canyon floor and we went on a boat ride down the river . The experience was something amazing. The views of the canyon were incredible. Would recommend this company to anyone!

We took the tour that lands in the Grand Canyon. Pick up from hotel on time - check Flight left on time - check Great views of the strip, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon - check Arrived safely back at the airport - check Pilot/Captian (Chris) was friendly, informative and interjected some good humor during the trip announcements . I would highly recommend Pappillon for this helicopter tour.
