Absolutely, positively, worth it! Professional all the way. From the nicest gal at check-in, to the helpful, efficient ground crew, to perhaps the best helicopter pilot in the west! He gave us the smoothest ride possible and was very informative as he spoke to us through our headsets. We always knew what was going on and what we were looking at. Highly recommend!

(Original) Lugar agradable, todo con mucha limpieza y el personal super agradable, nuestro tour (atvs rumbo al gran cañon) no nos gusto tanto ya que a mi gusto era muy intenso para el calor que hacía, todos regresamos muy cansados sin disfrutar mucho, pero voy a esto con el tema de que hubiera sido agradable encontrar una tienda abierta al llegar al papillon para así refrescarse y recargar pilas y pues no cuentan con este servicio, solo por eso pongo 4 estrellas.

Helicopter was great as was the pilot! However transportation limos air conditioner did not work blew warm air. Take off was 25 mins late. Waiting area on premises was overcrowded with 50 plus people no social distancing nor sanitizing of vehicles as advertised. Limo to take you back to hotel was a 30 minute Wait. Would definitely recommend counting for 1hr and 30 mins before and close to and hour to get limo and arrive back to hotel. 2 1/2 hrs time total for a 12 minute flight! We wound up loosing our wedding anniversary reservations.

Well Now... They were behind schedule took extra 45 mins. The price for the Ride was not worth it but hey it was on my bucket list, The driver was not friendly for us first timers in Las Vegas he should have at least told us about the highlights of what we saw. 10 minutes and the thrill was over. The Best part was the Limo ride the driver was great friendly and suggested some spots to hit.

We did the Vegas to Grand Canyon tour with helicopter ride which was about $500 per person. The plane that took us out to the Grand Canyon was over an hour & a half late - the pilot later told us that he is always delayed & they typically adjust the length of time you spend out there to make up for it…. But we were the last group so our time didn’t get extended. Luckily, my husband and I only did the helicopter & pontoon ride because others in our group did more (bus tour & skywalk) and they didn’t have time to do everything they paid for because we had to catch the plane ride back. It was overall a fun experience but in my opinion, not worth the money & it’s super annoying to pay for something and not have time to do it.
