We greatly enjoyed our tour to the Grand Canyon! Although our first try to fly was canceled due to decreased visibility due to the CA fires your ability to reschedule for the following morning was really appreciated. Our experience with “G” as pilot was certainly memorable. A true professional with a sense of humor he was also a superior guide as we made the trip to and from the Canyon. I would strongly recommend anyone considering taking this tour to “just do it”!

The pilot was good. It was the bus driver on the way back that was completely unprofessional. He literally screamed at my wife and me. Everyone else got pics. We tried getting one and he lost his mind. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We've had way better helicopter experiences on other companies. Screw you bus guy.

Helikopter ride and the scenery was amazing and worth the time and money. Boat ride was terrible. Last less then 10 min. And we had to wait 45min for a Helikopter ride back right at the parked boats ...I do not recommend this adventure .

I was seated in the right rear of the chopper which had the worst view. It would have been better if the pilot turned to the left now and again so I could get better photos. Our pilot was good however

We booked the tour spur of the moment (we thought Covid had them all shut down) but they had availability for the 45 minute tour. I called them, per the website instructions, and they confirmed our flight time and check in time. We watched a safety video and actually left early because everyone booked was there. The employees were very helpful, polite and professional. Dave, our pilot, was polite, informative and threw in cheesy puns during his narrations. It was all in good fun and the Grand Canyon blew our minds. The music being played when we came over the rim built it up even more. Enjoyed the entire ride! Was exactly what I was looking for in a helicopter experience. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

The absolute best way to see the Grand Canyon. I felt very safe the entire time. It was easy to book and everything went smoothly the day of the flight. Our pilot did a great job highlighting the spectacular beauty of the Grand Canyon. I would highly recommend Papillon Helicopter Tours to anyone who wants to truly experience the Grandness of the Canyon.

The ladies at the front are exceptional.. we had arrangements for an 8:45 flight.. just our luck our truck breaks down.. they helped us trying to push out our reservations.. we ended up going on the flight while we waited on the tow truck Dan was the pilot EXCELLENT Trip...going back to the ladies they got on the phone trying to locate a mechanic, offered us water...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HELICOPTER SERVICE... thanks to the team at Papillion Grand Canyon making a terrible trip better 😀
