We booked a flight for 5 people, some are elderly in their late 70’s. When the day came there was high winds with a wind advisory with gusts of winds up to 60 mph. I called several times and they kept saying they were not canceling the ride…. The time came and the elderly were so scared they refused to go because they were extremely scared with the winds. I called multiple times and with no response except we will not refund nor reschedule you. When someone is literally in fear for their life because of the winds you would think they would do better to accommodate! I would give them a no star if I could.

ich wurde gefragt ob ich ein Upgrade möchte um neben dem Piloten zu sitzen , habe natürlich ja gesagt. Hinterher ging es nicht mehr. hinten rechts konnte man kaum was sehen vom Strip.

A viagem foi espetacular, a minha pontuação baixa deve-se ao serviço. Cheguei no dia para o qual tinha reserva e, depois de esperar 2 horas, acabaram por dizer que só tinha duas opções: pedir o reembolso ou mudar para o dia seguinte. Isto depois de, durante essas 2 horas, nos estarem constantemente a dizer que íamos voar nesse dia, o que era mentira. E depois há a atitude do diretor da empresa, extremamente antipático e rude, que diz simplesmente: “olhe, damos-lhe o reembolso”. Reembolso? E quem paga tudo o que as pessoas gastaram para estar ali de propósito? Isto desanima qualquer família e estraga completamente uma viagem. Por um erro deles, passam pessoas do dia anterior para o dia seguinte e quem já tinha reserva fica sem vaga. Isto cabe na cabeça de alguém? Certamente só daquele burro para não lhe chamar pior. Resumo: no dia seguinte correu tudo bem, mas ficámos extremamente desagradados com o serviço. Não voltaremos a comprar este serviço.
