Our family (4 adults and 3 tweens/teen) did this AMAZING experience! We were picked up at our hotel, driven to Boulder City, and boarded a plane that seats 20. Took about 30 minutes to fly over to the Grand Canyon. There we boarded helicopters (holds 5 plus the pilot) and went down to the bottom of the canyon (10 min). We got on a boat and toured a little of the canyon. Once we were back at the top of the rim, we boarded the shuttle buses to see different points. We did pay extra to do the Skywalk ($200 for our group), but it’s a one and done. The whole experience was phenomenal, beautiful, and very - for lack of a better word - cool. For reference we were picked up at 6:15 am and back at 3ish. But we were the first pick up and last drop off staying at the Wynn/Encore. Longest down time was before the helicopter ride (30-40 min). Highly recommend this way to see the Grand Canyon.

Great experience. Van picked us up right on time to take us to the airport. Helicopter ride out was fantastic...great play list! Just the right amount of time out and back. And a nice amount of time in the canyon. Excellent service - great pilot!

This was an excellent experience. Eric Bell was our pilot and he was amazing. Very informative and very good at making you feel welcome. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had!!!! Strongly Recommend. Papillon is an awesome company with great customer service.

Excellent service. From the chauffeurs to the pilots, each and every one of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We went on the Grand Canyon tour and enjoyed it so much,we booked for the night time Strip flight.

Great flight. Felt safe from pickup to drop off. The safety 🛟 was a great concern of this company and they explained everything good. We flew with Eric. He was a great pilot, explained everything on the way out. Got us to the destination of the Grand canyon safely. He took photos for us at the landing zone and also prepared or small little snack. As we looked at the Grand canyon from above. The flight back was smooth. They crossed over the strip so you could see what was going on. Landed we handed in our stuff. Stuff. There was no high pressure sales for the pictures that they took of us before we took off. Definitely would use this company again

Cancelled our flight - no reason - AFTER receiving a text that the transportation was on the way to pick us up - prepaid and booked in advance - no reschedule - it completed ruined the day - planned trip around this event! Terrible service! We were waiting outside for the transportation when we received the cancellation voicemail. No accommodation made to rebook with other companies.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Booked a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and evening flight over Las Vegas well in advance of our vacation. As instructed, I called and reconfirmed the day before our tour. The next day, three hours before they were supposed to pick us up they called and canceled the booking. Some BS about they couldn't figure out the weight balance. I understand the need for safety and getting the weight balance correct. What I do not understand is not being able to do that in advance when I made the reservations well in advance and had just spoken to them the previous day. If you can't figure out that you may need to calculate this and inform people earlier than 3 hours before a scheduled departure then you are not smart enough to run a business, let alone a helicopter! So, if you are looking for extremely poor customer service, unprofessional, and incompetent staff, you have found your match. Do not be surprised when they screw you at the last minute and leave you high and dry. I was able to book a last minute trip with Maverick tours, and they were very professional, and we had a great experience. I would highly recommend Maverick over these shysters!

This is a must-do. If you're pressed for time, but you still want a big adventure - this is the ticket! It couldn't be any more convenient or well planned. Of course the views are spectacular and unforgettable. The cherry on the top of this sundae was our badass pilot - she rocked!
