Excellent and unforgettable experience. No doubt it is really worth it. Coordination and attention of all the staff was perfect. We were very lucky to have Kelon as pilot. Very interested about our experience giving us many explanations. Friendly and passionated with the tour.

Booked papillon for a tour of the Grand Canyon. The aircraft is clean, safe and Bose noise cancelling headset! Kevin is by far the best instructor / tour pilot out of the two instructors. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The two stars is not based on the tour itself but the poor customer service skills of the Front Desk agents. We booked a tour months in advance and when we get there for our 7 am tour they tell us that our helicopter is down for maintenance and that we had to reschedule (now that I read reviews it seems like it happens quite a lot…) Luckily we booked it for the first day of our trip so we could do it the next day. While we understand that this can happen and safety is first, the way that the lady at the desk communicated it to us was very curt and unprofessional. Did not even apologise and seemed like she did not care at all. Initially she said there was no option for rescheduling, did not even try and we had to push for it, she then found a spot. We also had to ask for some kind of compensation, which she agreed to but did not offer in the first place and would have been a nice gesture. Again, we understand this can happen but this is not a plane with 400 people, it is a unique experience , once in a lifetime for many and it’s a pity that agents aren’t more professional and customer-oriented. It leaves you with a bitter sweet feeling… The tour with Ally was great and she was an amazing pilot, taking off and landing was really smooth. We had a great time with her. Ally does deserve 5 stars.

(Translated by Google) For me, the tour went very well... Night tour, very well organized, no delays, friendly people. The woman who piloted our group was a bit neutral, but she did her job very well despite the late hour. An impressive and very well-executed maneuver towards the Strip. However, be aware that the rear right and rear middle seats have less visibility towards the Strip due to the mandatory flight path around the Strip, which I believe applies to all airlines. We paid an extra $30 per person for two of us to have the front seats, next to the pilot, but the person who sat in the rear right seat was also very happy. The actual flight time is 10-12 minutes. The windshield wasn't perfectly clean. (Original) Pour moi c'est très bien passé le tour... Tour de nuit, très bien organisé, pas de retard, des gens aimable. La dame qui a piloté pour notre group a été un peux neutre mais elle a fait très bien son job malgré l'heure tardive. Une manœuvre impressionnante et très bien maîtrisé vers le "Strat". Par contre il faut faire attention que les places arrière droite et arrière milieu ont moins de visibilité vers le Strip a cause de direction obligatoire de vol autour de Strip valable( je crois) pour toutes les compagnies . Nous on a payé une différence de 30 Dollars/pers pour deux d'entre nous pour avoir les places de devant , a côté de pilot, mais la personne qui a été d'arrière mois côté droite a été très contente aussi . La durée réelle de vol est 10-12 minutes . Le pare-brise n'était pas parfaitement "clean".
