Great sights, but awful customer service. The original tour was rescheduled to an afternoon flight and then ultimately cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Before ground transportation showed up we called and confirmed our tour, after taking the 30 minute ride out we were told out flight actually had been cancelled but we could take the sunset tour, here is why I still gave them 3 stars. We were upgraded to the tour that stops at the bottom of the canyon, compd on the fuel surcharge and front seat upgrade. I would still recommend them, but book at the beginning of your trip expecting it to get moved to the right.

First of all Cole is the greatest helo pilot in Nevada. We had a super smooth ride and a butter soft landing despite strong winds, along with good music, good commentary and great care for passengers - 5/5 stars for this part of the experience. I'm deducting two stars for the tour bus ride back to our hotel, the bus was in absolute abysmal shape with little to no maintenance done on it. Everything at the back was falling apart or rattling loud enough to make my Apple Watch give me a loud sounds warning for the ~30 minute ride back to the strip. The aircon at the back was leaking filthy brown colored ice and water into the back 3 rows of seats so my wife and I were soaked and unhappy. The driver was extremely unprofessional and went over several traffic humps fast enough for guests to spill out of their seats, and then lied not once but twice to guests about roads being closed and having to drop them off in the middle of the road instead of their designated hotel drop offs presumably because he was too lazy to bother taking them all the way. This was a poor end to an otherwise great helicopter tour experience.

1-Starting with the pick up, the driver who picked us up was rude and inconsiderate. Unsure if it was directed at the foreign population, as he seemed ok with the second pick up of local tourists. 2- after arriving for a ride scheduled at 8 am, we were cheekily called aside after all other passengers boarded their copters to tell us ours had mechanical issues, and it would be 2 hours. 3- 2 hours later, after multiple other customers having been sent for rides, we were handed out a drink coupon, and a tiny reimbursement for our inconvenience for over 2 hours. We asked about any spare helicopters are available, was told that all the helicopters (including the spares are in flight, so that would imply that there are quite a few helicopters under maintenance, as the manager mentioned they had over 50 Helicopters.(this was suggested by the manager) 4-current status : we still don't know what the issue is, but have been told it could be 30 mins or 2 hours. But one thing is certain we have lost out on our time in vegas. 5- recommendations : book it at your own risk, and if you have absolutely no plans on the day, or a lot of time to waste.
