The experience was out of the world. Thanks to Kalon as the pilot, it was even better. His attitude and music selection was in the point.

Our tour was scheduled for 2pm, they were delayed and there was 1 family ahead of us. We waited for over 1.5 hrs missing all the things we could do at the Grand Canyon west before someone came and told us that they would not be able to get to us. We were offered to reschedule to the next day as the first flight out. However upon arriving at 9am, we were told that they were delayed yet again and were not able to fly out until nearly two hours later. Complications may arise, but having significant delays twice in two days first thing in the morning is a sign of incompetence. If you are planning anything else for the day, do not include this in your itinerary or you may very well miss out on the rest of your vacation. They have no regard for your time or enjoyment. The pilot did not even talk once or notice our presence, it was a short 8 minute ride just to take us down to a 15 minute pontoon ride. We waited another 2 hours for the helicopter pick up. I would put a zero out of 5 if possible

Myself and my partner booked the Las Vegas strip at night helicopter ride with hotel transfers, we were picked up very early and waited in the lounge for ages until it was our time, we were sat on the right hand side of the helicopter, so got a poor view of the strip itself, if we were to do the strip at night tour again, we’d either pay the extra to sit at the front or ask to sit on the left (behind the pilot) All the staff were lovely and friendly but just a poor experience.

COMPLETELY AWFUL EXPIERENCE. Spoiled the dreams of my 9 child (and his parents too) who traveled from Michigan to ride on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. Booked helicopter and pontoon tour in advance. Arrived early to check in. Told they were running 20 minutes behind. Three plus hours later they canceled all tours because they booked too many guests and didn't have enough helicopters on site to handle the volume. No compensation was offered. Wasted a half a day waiting in a hanger for them to say there is nothing to be done and we wasted our day at the Grand Canyon.
