Can’t list all the positives we experienced with Papillon Helicopter Tours in the Grand Canyon — simply put…LIFE-CHANGING…! Papillon’s staff was both courteous and efficient giving us the opportunity to not only enjoy the process, but relax while doing so. I only mention this because these two important metrics don’t usually go hand in hand. Our pilot “Amy” was impressive at the controls in addition to giving an ample amount history and geology. Only wish I could give more than 5 stars — they deserve it!!

Amazing!!!!! What an incredible young man our pilot, Tristan, was. I live in Arizona and have been to the canyon 5 or 6 times and I was kind of over it however, today I went on the helicopter tour and it was every adjective you can think of and then some! Very highly recommend the helicopter tour if your going and go to Papillon and ask for Tristan!

Worst service ever last day in Vegas. We got a reservation for 2 for a night flight at 10pm check in was at 9:15pm came before 9pm about 20 mins earlier. There was a group ahead of us that went first about 9:15pm. We sat and waited our turn about 9:30 another group came. They called the other group to go ahead of us. Then we was called to the front desk to be told they had to reschedule because the pilot didn’t want to put more gas in the helicopter for another round for us. Even though we was there before the other group had came. Unacceptable, there was no time management and communication prior to these schedules, they wasn’t prepared. We was refunded but it’s not about the money. It was the time wasted could’ve been prevented.
